Great property!! Great staff! Check In was smooth!

Very nice and directly on the beach.Many restaurants on site and pools are clean. The pillows are too soft. I woke up the a stiff neck every morning or I could not sleep because of my neck hurting.

Three star for cleaning because the fire pit glass was on the floor. The staff was moody in the Carolina breakfast place the lady would would not just listen to our requests.

Once you get to the hotel to do check in there are addtional charges to pay: Resort fee, self parking, and extra fee for 2 adults more in the room. Many of the "premium beds" around the pool are for rent.As so are the chairs and umbrellas in the beach. The restaurant where the breakast is served is quiet caotic between 9 and 10am. With wainting list of 20 min and you have to do check out by 11am.

I paid for a room with a sea view, but the only thing in front of the window was a palm tree—and I paid a surcharge for it twice.

We are really happy with this place. Very comfortable walk to beautiful beach, good food, room service almost zero trouble and complaining only ....It was just to hot outside :) nut it was Summer :) Yes it was great place and and maybe we will revisit again :) Thank You Westin and thank You Expedia

The grounds were beautiful and also the view from the balcony.

Fantastic experience, pool and beach are so close and wonderful. Staff is great, parking is easy, distance from rooms to beach and pool is optimal. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely loved loved the staff, the best we have ever encountered. Should be very appreciative of them and give them all a big raise Our room was fine, nothing special about it. I guess I expected much more

Had a market inside with coffee and other necessities, liked that there were double sinks and a bathtub in our room. It was sort of gloomy inside. Not like I expected based the n photos. I didn’t like the layout for a resort hotel experience. When we got to our room and opened the door the smell of bleach was SO strong we had to open the patio door to mitigate it. The bed in our room was SO hard and uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on couch. The A/C fan was broken and made a very loud noise every time it turned off. The front desk attendant was really rude and didn’t give us our actual room number when we activated our keys. When I went back to ask her she was really irritated and dismissive. The ice maker is very hard to locate on the floor, and signage is lacking. Parking is limited too.

Staff was amazing!facilities were wonderful.

The property was self efficient, having places to dine $$ and a coffee shop. Convenient fees makes you want to visit the many restaurants just couple miles away witch leads to the activities as well. Three elevators to access your floor long hallways to your room nice little walk. Never had a down grade before, had to have a portable single brought in witch was more comfortable than that worn out king size. Nice size bathroom beautiful shower. Multiple pools and a jacuzzi walk up bars with pretty drinks!. Good access to the beach, towels provided+. Grab a beverage on the way the ocean.

Clean We paid for an ocean view and got a roof view. We were celebrating our 25 year anniversary and was very disappointed with how we were treated and how we didn’t get what we paid for.

Great place to try. Restaurant was a little dated, but had good food. Great views with easy access to the beach. Parking is terrible.
