Everyone there was so helpful, Restaurants at Westin were amazing, great food. The beach access was perfect as well, I had never been to Hilton Head Island before and staying at The Westin Resort made our Wedding Anniversary so Memorable! Thanks!

Old property, swimming pool and surrounding grounds dated. Way too expensive for the quality of the resort. Would not go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin. It was busy but never felt overcrowded. The staff was wonderful and the food was great. Lots of entertainment for the kids as well.

Beautiful place, right next to the beach, beds super comfy. Had issue with the bathroom and the TV. Not a lot of reasonable food options.

Location was beautiful, some staff was stellar but management and organization was a hot mess! Lost room service order, no answer to phone calls and text and overall lack of response

In addition, the room we got was directly over an air-conditioning vent that ran constantly and was very noisy and made sitting outside very difficult Also, the picture that I was shown by the person that checked us in was different than the room we got I think that should be stated in the description given the amount of money that we spent. I think Booking.com needs to do a better job as well.

Rooms were comfy and housekeeping made sure we had everything. The room could use a little updating . We also had trouble controlling the room temperature. It was 2-3 degrees colder that we prefer.

2 queen room was spacious Tub/shower combo may is challenging to get in and out.

The resort still have credit my account and haven’t did it yet. My total should now be $805. Plus kids were running up and down the hall. When it was supposed to be a relaxing trip. The bathroom wasn’t clean and beach sands was in the shower

I personally don't like spending over five hundred dollars a night for the room and have to pay twenty dollars a night to park your car and all the chairs around the pool also have to be rented and paid , for which I just think is just ridiculous.

The resort was beautiful but there were a ton of extra fees (Hilton Head Tourism fees) that added up!

Beautiful resort, very clean, enjoyed our stay. The resort fees/parking fee were outrageous considering how much a night is already. The food at the resort was very sub par and extremely overpriced. Beachfront access was great
