Not very quality. Let me explain, a/c very noisy and room was musty smelling when you first walk in the room. The tub drips. The toilet makes a loud sound when you flush it. The desk chair was worn and torn. The pillows were like torture devices (very uncomfortable). There was no place on the property to walk our dog, so we took him next door. The curtains didn’t close all the way shut, so light shown through. The good side of our stay was it seemed pretty clean. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The beds were comfortable. The room had a microwave & good working fridge. We did not use the coffee maker. The breakfast was pretty good!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Beds clean and fresh. Bathroom clean with nice toiletries and an awesome hot /strong shower providing a much needed massage.

This is a low budget motel, so with these you don't expect things to be fancy. I had a very nice quiet two nights stay here and things were excellent. My room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I had an easy entrance and exit to my first four room from the back to get in and out with my dogs. They had a surprisingly nice well appointed breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage , oatmeal, cereal, and muffins. I would highly rate my stay here!

Great room for a great price. Good centralized location for my activities. Friendly staff that cheerfully fixed my issues immediately. Staff were attentive and cheerfully greeted you when arriving. Took me a few hours to figure out the air conditioner wasn't on cool, just on fan. That left the room a little warm and humid. Once I figured that out, it was fine. Cleanliness was good, but not great. Had to go down to front desk to ask for towels and rags the second day, housekeeping forgot to put some in my room after removing they used ones. Nothing here major, and the staff immediately fixed all the issues. Parking was a little narrow for my big truck, but that's typical with my truck.

The only redeeming quality was the kindness of the front desk staff and good location... The property is dirty, dingy, moldy, paint peeling on the walls, doors chipping at the bottoms.. It smelled awful. So far have been getting the run around about a refund which is terribly disappointing given the situation!

The staff were helpful. When we had an issue with our room they got us a new room with no issues.

Room had a musty mold/mildew smell & toilet didn't flush properly ...

This was a very good place to stay a few nights while in town. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great value for the money.

Beds Low shower pressure

Negatives are it needs a remodeling update badly. Shower has a curtain instead of a sliding glass door. Toilet sits very low.

Central to everything including main roads Breakfasts were rather boring

Price and availability Mainly location. Staff knocked on our door before checkout time, but we were ready.

The location was convenient and wasn't far at all from downtown Chattanooga. There was black mold in the room which was reported to the front desk and they were entirely unconcerned. It looked like it had been painted over previously. The room was sticky and stuffy as well. They offered a new room, but the way the entire hotel was hot and humid, we didn't feel safe staying as planned with a baby. Although they said a refund would be issued, we still need to dispute some charges.

Everything was perfect as always.We will continue staying when we we are in town.

The rooms are nice. But the AC didn't seem to be working at 100%. And the lobby had a strong weed smell. Over all, it works for a 1 night stay but I probably wouldn't stay longer than 1 night.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly the night we checked in.
