Spacious rooms the closet wasa whole mirror door with safe and breakfast was nice fresh eggs make ur own omlettes good food good people great service recomend for sure Thought overall was good air conditionera could be coldwr yet worked for me

Room was great! Clean! Shower was clean. Drains worked. Fridge worked nicely. The tv and cable worked a lil old but worked. Definitely made my stay in hobbs for work a lil less stressful. Fully recommend if on sale dont think a room is worth more then 200 a night though.

They allowed pets Broken door,shower and saggy bed. Traffic of oil and gas workers in big diesel trucks 24/7..

Clean room with firm, comfortable bed. Quiet. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special.

Pool closed. A/c wasn’t that great room wasn’t hot. But you couldn’t make it cool either.

Everything was great besides the staff and the way we were treated. The hotel itself is a very nice place. The staff were very rude and treated us like dogs. They were very racist. I have never in my life been treated so badly. The way we were treated is unhuman like. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then to top it off they would not refund us our $ for the last night we had booked and decided not to stay due to the way we were treated. I do not recommend this certain location to stay at. I will never forget this horrific experience and hope no one ever has to endure what my family and I did.

Room were not what expected amd I paid $190 it was not worth it. Rooms were very hot and had trouble with ac had to figure out how to get the ac on. Never will I stay there first and last time. Breakfast was cold food and everything was heated in the microwave and not long enough and waffle were out lady could not make any more batter just bad

The pool was covered and looked like it had been for a few years. My daughter and I each reserved rooms with bank cards and within a few days, we each had multiple fraud attempts triggered on those cards. That Best Western was the only common denominator both before and after, as we live in separate cities. Highly suspicious.
