This hotel has everything around the area stores bar grocery stores everything . This place is in the right spot as u first come into Hobbs. Thank u for yalls services.

The air conditioner worked, but made a lot of noise through the night. Kind of kept me awake, but other than that, everything was great.

Staff was decent. The rooms were not clean. There was dog poop spray all over the door. The wires from the fire alarm were hanging in one room and taped up in the other room. We stayed 2 nights a week apart and the rooms were the same. Still had dog poop spray on the door. Their cleaning staff needs to be trained or fired.

The manager was very persistent. I can’t receive anybody in my room eventhough I told him I was traveling alone. I felt intimidated by his persistence on the subject Manager personnel awefull

They had bedbugs, so yes, I was not happy. Not one thing, even if they changed me Not one thing, even if they changed me to a different room. I still had the EP creepy crawlies.

The site said Breakfast so that's what I was expecting. It was only continental breakfast.... Coffee and Danish. It was ok but I was expecting breakfast.

Value I requested a bottom floor a month ago and didn’t get it. The stairs are brutal.
