The location is excellent, very nicely decorated and clean. The amenities were great. When checking in we were given “vouchers” that stated BREAKFAST VOUCHER This $26 voucher entitles you to one breakfast buffet or one entree from the breakfast menu if buffet is not available. Present this coupon upon ordering. Breakfast still cost us $26 per person, the buffet was pretty standard…nothing special. Very confusing! Parking is $15.00 per night, it wasn’t very crowded. Not sure why they’re charging for it.

This hotel was amazing! Highly recommend! Feels rich and luxurious but the cost was half of a luxury hotel. Will definitely go back.

Everything very clean - lobby, hallways, stairs, room. Breakfast and internet additional charge. Convenient location, close to expressway and major thoroughfares. Plenty of free parking. More than adequate outlets for charging phones, tablets, etc.

Quiet and away from the city with easy access to the highway.

Very nice location for attending an event at the NOW Arena. Nice newer building. I didn't like being charged extra for things most other hotels offer free.....breakfast, wifi, channels on the TV, and parking. Booking.com said free parking with a reservation, haha, not true. Also, there was a disconnect with messages that said they were going to the hotel. The hotel said they went to booking.com
