The stay was quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok and the beds were a little hard. We would stay again as it was overall a good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great & kept filled. Will definitely stay again!

First room smelled like smoke, staff were very accommodating and switched me to a new room which also smelled like smoke. I didn’t want to keep switching rooms so I just kept the second one. It was also dirty, looked like the bathroom counter and shower tiles hadn’t been wiped down.

The room had one bed with an odd dried booger looking thing on it. The room had candy wrappers stuck to the walls, the microwave had the last guest decomposing pizza in it, the bed and carpet had many old fingernails I then and underneath the AC the carpet was sopping wet. The room looked clean superficially but the room had many disgusting secrets. And the elevators smelled like wet dog.

When they learned about my circumstances, they went out of their way to make sure my room was located right outside the elevators. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a huge difference for me physically and emotionally. Knowing I didn't have to walk far gave me one less thing to worry about during an already overwhelming time. I also want to give a very special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping staff members on the second floor. They were so kind and caring, and their warmth brightened my day when I needed it most. My room was absolutely spotless. Everything was clean, fresh, and well maintained, and it was obvious that this hotel takes great pride in providing a comfortable environment for its guests. . If I could make one suggestion, it would be for the hotel to keep a wheelchair available on-site for guests who may unexpectedly need one. Medical emergencies and unforeseen situations happen, and having a wheelchair available could make a tremendous difference for someone in a vulnerable situation.

And an outdoor pool would be a great asset. Especially as beautiful and secluded as the property is. Take advantage and get people outside!

Hear me out. I know people read reviews to decide on a hotel and trust me when I say, this place is perfect! I’m very picky and kinda hard to please when it comes to these places and this one blew me away. If you’re trying to decide on a hotel and this one is an option, do yourself a favor and book it!!

Room was clean, regular beds comfortable, breakfast OK. Nice dining area. Have to pay a toll to get here off I90 and back on again. The sofa bed was terrible. We were given a flat sheet and a thin cotton blanket. Requested a comforter and staff said they don't have extra. No fitted sheet. Noise transfer from room above was miserable. Thumps and bangs until 1:30AM. Low water pressure.
