Breakfast and parking were. Slightly short staffed but otherwise great place

Clean, comfortable & well-appointed rooms! The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great & check-in/out was fast and efficient!

Had everything we need in the hotel Floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed. Stepped on some hard plastic pieces by the bed. Then stepped on something sharp and looked and it was fingernail or toenail clipping from previous guest before us.

Clean room, helpful staff, well lit, nice swimming pool, close to shopping/restaurants

The staff handled it very well, and everyone seemed to be accomodated adequately.

The staff was extremely rude! Front desk manager got mad because our request to her manager because she was being extremely rude. She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to cancel my reservation and call the police. I then left because I had a long flight and was extremely tired so we left to go to another hotel as we were getting our Uber to go to another hotel, she then came outside while we were waiting outside of the hotel to tell us that we need to get off of the outside property while waiting for our Uber or she was going to call the police extremely disrespectful. Was able to get my full refund through customer service, but I do not recommend this hotel.

It was great all around.

Parking was easy , quiet area, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean.

The fire alarm went off at 5am. I had to leave with only 3 hours sleep on Mother’s Day. Nobody apologized or anything.

Very outdated rooms. Common area was new.

Upon our arrival, we walked up to the desk, greeted the agent that was at the desk. He did not greet us back. Also, he had a very bad attitude. His name is Taj there also was a girl working at the desk. She had a smile on her face at least however she was rude as well. When I made my reservations. I made it for a king size room. They gave me two queen beds and he told me there’s nothing he can do about it that I book the room for a standard two queen beds. I showed him my reservations and showed him that I chose the king size bed. He told me they don’t have any rooms rudely didn’t even try to help me or even look. Told me it was the third-party bill billing who messed up my reservations. I told him this looks bad on your hotel. He said no it does not does not affect us in anyway it is not our fault how they book the rooms extremely dissatisfied not happy that they also took a $75 Fee for fundamentals!!!!!!! I do not suggest anyone to book in this hotel extremely bad hospitality even our room has a mold, smell coming from the carpet
