Extended Stay America Suites Toledo Holland

If you need something simple it's a good easy price and fairly decent location to get to places. The hotel smelled like weed no matter what area we were. The beds were situated extremely close to walls to the point you had to get in and out of bed by way of the bottom not the side which was annoying.

The Hotel smells and the furniture in the room were dilapidated. The carpets in the hall way/corridor was very dirty

How clean the room smelled and looked. The extra effort they went to have it cleaned and the front desk clerk was very responsive, respectful and helful.

The entire hotel reeked of marijuana. There was a door to a room that was hanging off the hinges with police caution tape covering the door frame during my whole visit. Very off-putting. Overall, highly unsatisfied with this stay. Definitely would not recommend.

Generally, an okay place to stay, especially if you like the smell of pot down the hallways. Will definitely avoid this hotel on the next visit to Toledo/Holland.

I stayed for almost 3 weeks. Some things in the room needed fixed which they took care of immediately. Jimmy the maintenance guy was on top of it. Only issue i had was the fridge not working properly and tub not draining. It was quiet there especially at night. However, they should have cameras on the property and maybe security. Ill definitely be staying there again next time im in town.

staff i gave it 3 ,there was a mixed up on our check in and had to call me at 12 mn to come back to the front desk sayin we werent checked in right , which obviously its the clerk's mistake, but Sheri the manager was very helpful and fixed the issue and very kind
