Quality Inn Holland - Toledo

THERE WAS A LOUD CRICKET IN MY ROOM ALL NIGHT AND I DIDN'T GET HARDLY ANY SLEEP. CRICKETS RUB THEIR BACK LEGS TOGETHER AND MAKE THAT NOISE. THE CRICKET WAS STILL THERE THE MORNING OF CHECK OUT BUT NO ONE CAME BY AFTER REPORTING IT.

Absolutely horrid CUSTOMER SERVICE, not friendly, never smile, after rejecting the first room due to water damage on the they put us in the back, all we smelled was marijuana & cigarillo’s. Blood spot on white sheet corner next to the nightstand. Carpet felt greasy. Luckily we left it 8 AM and weren’t back until 9:10 PM at night so we dealt with it and they would never give us a refund.

Yes everything! Write down to the blood stains on the walls the live insects and the dead insects laying around the room the wasp in my coffee maker that did not work and the torn up stained filthy dirty carpet stains

They do have a tiny workout room. The staff is polite. I saw a pool but no one was in it.

Had a broken shower head and just overall poor maintenance of the room. Im a contractor and the room was definitely run down as far as condition. It was clean but so many things wrong with it

Id say its a 3 start hotel not a 2. A step above what i saw it was listed under.

Sadly this property was something I wouldn't book at again. That strange smell of something I can't figure out permeated everything. It was also filthy inside the room. The bathroom was disgusting. Just a weird place with a weird smell.

The staff didn't think that 80s in public spaces was uncomfortable, so my room being near 90 at check in was no reason to turn on AC. AC was not working because partially disassembled and had to tell them it needed a diverter or all the cool air was on floor instead or up in the room. The TV didn't work and needed replacement. I checked in at 8, they were still figuring out how to make things right 3 hours later

Front door would not lock from the inside TV, kept going in and out. The bedsprings were totally wore out. I would not bring a family here. The powdered eggs were very runny and it was not a good breakfast. I was here 7 years ago. It definitely went downhill.
