Quality Inn Holland - Toledo

It was close to Toledo University Hospital. It was a good hotel for the price we paid. It was clean, mattresses were comfortable, good sized TV and we didn't hear the neighbors. So all in all it was an excellent choice for the amount of money we chose to spend as I had my pacemaker put in and I had to stick around for an additional day. Too close to the mall and highways. So we had to keep the windows closed and run the air conditioner. It was too cold at the lowest setting. I didn't travel with my blanket this trip. Oops.

staff not helpful

The location was ideal for travelers passing through since it is right off the highway. It is within walking distance to stores. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were OK. I was able to get extra linens from the front desk. The breakfast is great because they have the waffle maker. The fire alarm went off for a few minutes and then turned off.

Great people and they do there job well

Smell was rough. Room was not clean.

I booked a smoke free King Room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. I called the front desk and she swear that room was non smoking and got loud with me so I hung up the phone. A few seconds later she calls back and she told me I can move into a new room. Which I did but that room needs maintenance done like the bathtub water goes out slow. However the breakfast is pretty decent. But it’s the same breakfast everyday nothing changes. When you ask staff for stuff they like to get loud with you and then talk about you in Arabic.

House keeping ame im and emptied trash and that was it!

There was a problem with the flush in the toilet.

Breakfast was what I expected with continental , location is perfect right by Walmart and many restaurants and stores Pool could be open passed 10 since it currently don’t get dark till 10 in Ohio .

The properties is extremely outdated

It was fine! You get what you pay for, you know? Property was a little run down, but it’s a clean room with a working AC. What more can you ask for?

Location location of the hotel was okay we didn't eat any of the breakfast because we did not stay we had to get a refund Didn't like the fact that the first room we got there was drugs in it there was paint all over the floor there was pubic hair all over the toilet and sink in the second room they moved us to there was black mold all over the ceiling hair in the sink pubic hair all over the toilet and again paint on the floor with some pink sticky stuff all over the desk they charged us twice instead of refining us and we had to wait three to five business days to get the second amount back

Nice staff, pool; nice location

Multiple lights in the room did not work. The wiring for the A/C unit was a big metal block in the floor that I tripped over. When I tripped I almost stepped through the floor because there was a rather large hole under the carpet. Serious concern. The pool was closed with no reason as to why. The price point was okay, but after staying there it makes sense as to why.

Curtains were heavily stained. Painting was chipped in the bathroom. My phone in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was okay, they have waffles and eggs but no meat is offered. The rooms need total renovation. If you’re desperate, you can survive a night here for a low cost. Proceed at your own risk.

Horrible experience. The room smelled like 50 people smoked there and never left the room. The bed sheets were stained with who knows what. The AC looked like it never seen a cleaning supply. It was just horrible. I slept on the chair just because how nasty the bed was. Only reason I stayed was because i was afraid of sleeping in my car and the hotels around were booked.
