Exceeded our expectations!

Loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do. Our condo was perfect. It was a bit confusing on what was and wasn’t reciprocal between our resort and Big Cedar. There were times we would get charged a fee and then find out we shouldn’t have had to pay. Other times where we weren’t allowed access into the system a pool when we had been told we were allowed to swim there.

We will most definitely be back!

If it was not for the convenience of my husband's conference at big cedar we would not stay near there. Have troubles every year with poorly maintained accommodations.

ESPECIALLY: PARKER (unfortunately I did not get his last name) His professional, positive and helpful ways, were invaluable to me and my family and friends. He gave me the extra time and attention I needed to organize , choose and distribute rooms in an efficient way that made the stay and details work perfectly. I had to visit with him multiple times and he reassured and received my concerns and questions patiently and pleasantly. He truly takes his job seriously and has the perfect personality and ability to make things appear seamless and that nothing is a problem or can't be made right or resolved! He is an asset to your resort and I am very grateful for his help along the way. THANK YOU AGAIN, PARKER!! THERE IS NO BREAKFAST ON SITE / ONLY FOOD OPTION WAS ONE MEXICAN FOOD TRUCK THE HOT TUBS OUTSIDE OUR BUILDING WERE COLD ON THE LAST DAY WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO USE THEM.

It was great! Very clean and beautiful right on the lake! Within 5 miles from Big Cedar! Only complaint is that you can hear everything from the rooms…

This property was surprisingly great. Location staff and cleanliness fine. One drawback is availability of food or drink on site.
-
Good location and well maintained. No coffee shop, snack or food options in property other than very limited convenience at front desk.
-
Perfect location. Scenic. Relaxing. Beautiful resort. Never need to leave Nothing

Food truck was awesome!

Loved the location, amenities (golf course, playground, pools). Very pretty views! The main clubhouse is HUGE. The elevator was out during our stay and walking up 4 flights of stairs with all of our bags plus all of our kids was very very tough.

Great resort.

We were kicked out of the hotel because they said Expedia didn’t pay them. I confirmed the receipt. Turned out they didn’t like that we paid only $260 for the room and they were over sold. They kicked us out to resell the room to the people behind us.

Yes, superb

Room was great. Only complaint would be no ice machines.
-
Beautiful property and the main lodge was amazing! The “heated” pool was not heated! Too cold
-
Everything about our stay was wonderful. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities. We will be coming back.

We didn't find out because we ended up having to switch rooms at 10:30pm on first night because the air conditioner didn't work despite us having them check on it while we were out and they assured us it was working. We had to switch rooms and the new room was ok but no longer had a good view, was an adjoining room which came with noise and had mosquitos around entry ways due to one of the pools behind the room not being closed and cared for and it was likely a breeding ground for the mosquitos. The room was clean overall. The shower flooring was stone so it could not be wiped down (which I do at any hotel before I use it) so I had to use flip flops for shower shoes. The bed was comfortable in the new room. The walls were very thin so we could hear our neighbors well. Overall, the property was nice and seemed to be kept up. Just unfortunate circumstances for us but still enjoyed our time and stay.
