D'Monaco Luxury Resort

The view is spectacular and the location was convenient. However, this is a three star hotel and not a luxury resort. The furnishings were bare bones and some items needed repair.

We had a wonderful stay at D'Monaco. Beautiful view from our room. We attended an event at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena and this property is in a great location to get to the arena easily. The staff was great and the room was clean.

This was a last minute booking close to a wedding venue and I’m so thankful we ended up here! The staff was super welcoming and friendly with every interaction. The bed and pillows were phenomenal, the AC kept the room as cold as I like. The view was amazing and the balcony was perfect to enjoy my morning coffee. The only negative was that when booking, I could not find specifics on some amenities, so I ended up bringing my own coffee maker, coffee, cups and hair dryer. The room had all of that plus more so I had to unnecessarily pack extra. We will definitely book here again when we visit the area!

Great staff! Great location! Great view!

One of my biggest concerns was the lack of 24-hour front desk service. I wish this had been clearly advertised BEFORE I booked. Instead, the information about there being no front desk service after 8:00 PM was in small print that I did not see until after booking. If something happened during the night or a guest needed assistance, there was no one available at the front desk. I have traveled and stayed at many properties, and I have never personally experienced a hotel stay without 24-hour front desk assistance. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because I wanted to enjoy a balcony view. Unfortunately, the balcony at D’Monaco felt unsafe, was extremely small, and was covered with spiders and spider webs. This was not limited to the balcony. Several of the outdoor areas we were looking forward to enjoying had spiders and webs throughout them, including around the pool area, which made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the amenities. The elevator was another uncomfortable part of the experience. There was no air circulation or air conditioning inside, making repeated trips up and down extremely uncomfortable. A significant amount of money was spent on this stay, and unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or my expectations. I believe important details about the property and its services should be clearly communicated to guests BEFORE they comple

The only downside was the bar was not open just yet. The front desk explained they were awaiting their license. The other thing was small but we noticed what looked like a small bit of gum on one of the sofa sections which we quickly mentioned to them.

Close to Top of the Rock & easy to access. The room was absolutely beautiful! Nothing to not like.

Great place. Close to Big Cedar

The room was very clean and so spacious. We felt like we should’ve invited more people to go because there was so much extra space. The location was perfect if you are planning to do any golfing at the big cedar locations. The pool has a swim up bar however there are no alcoholic beverages. served there, but they do allow you to bring in coolers. They offered kayaks to rent however we went across the lake, which was less than a mile to rent a pontoon at Bass River Marina. Silver Dollar city was an easy drive as was downtown Branson. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The office closed at 8 PM however. The balconies were small, but nice. There were two coming off of the master bedroom and living room area. Beautiful view of the lake. Very nice for two couples traveling together or families traveling together. There are two separate bedrooms with connected bathrooms. There is a queen size pullout bed from the living room. There’s washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave and refrigerator with plenty of plates and silverware! Would be nice for an upgrade of the hand soap and toilet paper. Would be nice to have some hand soap in the kitchen area or dishwashing soap. There is a clean pool and well kept patio area and a walk out to the lake. there are new paddle boards and kayaks to rent for the lake. There is a lunch and dinner service in the restaurant and bar area with limited hours of availability. The landscaping was pretty and well kept. Some poison ivy was in the flowerbeds around the pool so beware. The spaciousness of the rooms and separate bedrooms and bathrooms makes it worth the expense!!! Overall, a very good experience!

Lots of space for our family of 4 in King Suites. So very nice to have 2 bedrooms. LR & master BR opened up to balcony w wall to wall windows w a great view of the Lake. Close enough to be in Branson in 15 min for food options. Full size kitchen made it easy to bring in snacks, frozen pizzas & bkfst when we were in condo. 15 min from WalMart The noise from room above the last w days was alot. Limited food options in restaurant & not always open. Fine for when we didn't want to go elsewhere.

I reserved a room that claimed to sleep three comfortably. It was for me and my two teen boys. I paid roughly 750 for two nights and had to sleep on a couch that didn't pull out like the pictures showed.

Staff was amazing they really went above and beyond the only complaint I have was our room wasn’t the cleanest there was a candy wrapper on the floor and shower wasn’t the cleanest but other than that all beautiful

It's a nice place to relax whether it's a couple or the whole family. It's very peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was the highlight of our visit - Nothing exceptional, but a nice portion and tasted great - Facility needs attention - Staff was very pleasant and cordial all through our stay - Room overall was OK - great view - TV in living room wouldn't connect. Shower door needed adjustment to close safely. Facility does not provide for sufficient parking - You had hosted a party and there was no designated spots left for hotel guests returning from the concert event at 11pm - had to shuffle my vehicle in the early AM to not cause issues. This location is exceptional and the facility has great potential - Needs alot of detail work for +$400 / night - guests won't return without some attention to detail - We would love to use you again vs. having to drive back to Bella Vista after attending concerts. I shared our concerns with your staff - who, again were GREAT -
