Everything was perfect

I know was a busy weekend but they need to plan better, the pool was really crowded, not enough chairs and umbrellas

Poor everything, never coming back

The overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the commitment to guest satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, cleanliness, and a comfortable experience.

Poor customer Service

Necesita mejorar área de piscina, demasiado pequeña, realmente se impone una remodelacion y limpieza.. la playa con mucho zargazo, pero con una ubicación magnifica. El trato del staff formidable.

The proximity of the property to the beach was its best attribute. The hotel and rooms in particular are in dire need of renovation, especially at the price point for the rooms. We reserved a partial ocean view room and had a view of a parking lot and facilities only. The grounds also smelled musty. The staff was friendly but we left our stay 2 days early in favor of a new hotel.

The hotel is ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. I would say it is a 3 star property and not more than that.

Location is nice if you want a quiet place. Staff is really friendly.

Nearly everything about our stays was amazing! We were greeted by an employee every single time we passed. The valet workers were kind and made great conversations anytime we passed by. The front desks employees were beyond accomodating and kind! The amenities were top notch. Towels and chairs for the beach and pool, drinks and snacks available, free breakfast (for 2), a decent workout room, and a pool overlooking the broadwalk/beach! Will always recommend this hotel from now on.
