Last minute stay due to flight issues and could not be better. Right on the beach and included bike rentals, beach chairs, and champagne in the afternoon. Great location and staff. Quiet and comfortable

Away from the noise

Great Staff. Very Friendly. Great location.

We loved the ambience everything was very clean and it felt over luxurious for the price we paid for.

Con: walls are very thin and heard EVERYTHING in the next adjacent room.

Normally don’t mind but this room needed some minor repairs. Toilet kept getting stuck, toilet paper holder was falling off, sink would not drain and shampoo bottle fell from its attachment in shower Was given 4th floor with horrible view of a roof below our balcony (we reserved balcony king size partial ocean view) Ice is only offered in odd floors therefore had to go to 3rd or 5th floor to get ice. Food and drinks at restaurant was pricey but good In room food service unfortunately was not. Knew when they said 10minutes for a Chocolate lava cake with ice cream that something was not right. Sure enough, received (2) little containers, without a plate to put together, one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and the other with a heated up cake. Beach, staff, amenities and location is well worth the stay and would definitely return.

AC in the room was very loud, and no desk to set a computer. My view was to the parking garage.

Beautiful area, safe and clean. Our cleaning staff and servers were so thoughtful and friendly.

Overall everyone was friendly and always available to answer our questions.

Great accommodation

Everything was perfect.

The amenities were not large enough to accommodate the number of guests, so the common areas often felt overcrowded. Another downside was the additional mandatory destination fee, as well as the separate charge for parking, which added considerably to the overall cost of the stay. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, with very limited options. Some items that you would normally expect to be included in a hotel breakfast were only available for an additional charge. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, but considering the extra fees, crowded amenities, limited breakfast selection, and inconsistent service, I expected a better experience for the price.
