Ms. Marie was exceptional in getting me remotely checked in, adding days/extension of stay, Text away for any needs! Beautiful location seconds away from the gorgeous Hollywood Boardwalk, with any food, fun, or relaxation you could need! First floor, no need for slow elevators, Huge Luxurious Space vs. Hotel Room, Nice Kitchen, Comfy Mattresses, and a Relaxing Fan. Having to leave for home at the end.

This place is very convenient and super accessible to the local shop and beach. We love it! The bath shower and appliances need to be upgraded.

Met my standard for clean. No water pressure in shower. Shower drain was plugged so we asked for a plunger. They need all new beach chairs since they have the cheapest and oldest ones. Two chairs failed to function at all.

Dislikes: Window blinds were broken, poor privacy and bright lights shining in at night, walls are thin, can hear your neighbors.

I've stayed here a few times. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. The staff are fantastic. The building is an older beach motel, and it may not really be renovated to some peoples preferences. However, you really can't find a better combo of price and features. I recommend this for a comfortable stay at a great location.
