Miss Donna active breakfast was very nice However, the woman at the front desk, the Hispanic woman with a bun in the morning is extremely rude. She had my daughter and I stand outside. She stated that my daughter who is a three-year-old was running around, back-and-forth too much however, my daughter was sitting down. She then told me and my daughter are staying outside into the heat. My daughter has very sensitive skin which she ended up breaking out into sunburn. By the time we got into the room, it was about a hour and a half and to me arriving, and I had booked a reservation for online through booking.com
-
wort experience with staff, they charged more $20 at check in and more $20 if you need to park, its important to mentioned it before we make the reservation, not after with no option to cancel without loose money.

Bed and sheets very comfortable. Great location Staff is so rude, that is beyond belief. Stay away from them place if you want to be treated with the minimum of respect.

Close to the beach Very outdated
-
The front desk was always crowded, you’d wait for a check-in for quite a long time

Nothing.... Terrible communication on the reception like every time, This receptionist needs to be fired, bat the more bad in my life maybe first time in the history next to the double beds to not has socket to plug your phone for charging...

The check-in process (at first was easy), the gentleman that worked 3-11pm shift on Friday evening was nice, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. However I decided that I was going to be staying an extra night... Saturday morning around 10:00 a.m. I went to the front desk to check out and check in. The lady at the front desk was so nasty. She quickly charged me an early check in fee when I wasn't checking out of the room and they didn't have to clean it at all.

Booking was a breeze, I went through Priceline and had no issues. The room was comfortable and the pools were fun! Staff were nice & very helpful. Nothing.

I liked that I was able to get my room changed once it was noted I had a room that was infested with termites. The room cleaning was not up to par. The room decor was on the 2 star appearance. My first room had missing knobs, no ironing board, termites infestation, key hole was broken so you can look through the hole, they had termite powder all around the room. The furniture was vey very very unacceptable and was the quality of a cheap hourly motel.

The only good thing I can say is the bedding was clean. We had to pay for two nights parking but when we came back later in the evening all of the parking marked for the hotel were full with cars that did not have parking permits in their windows. We had to park very far away and got a parking ticket on top of my husband being disabled and barely made it back.I'm guessing they were all at the huge party at the pool which had a sign that it closed at 9. However, the VERY loud music and yelling went on way later than 9. In the morning we were going to chance taking a shower in the repainted bathtub (paint was chipped) but there was absolutely no hot water. Breakfast was two blocks away and was disgusting toasters were filthy and one didn't even work. It was the worst experience I have had at any hotel. The owners have some nerve charging the rates they do and now on top of it I have to pay a parking ticket.
