Room was terrible and the staff treated people like cattle just being pushed through. Would NEVER stay at the property again or recommend it.

Location and the Staff (in the lobby area ONLY!) The bathrooms are filthy, rooms are ok but could be better, kitchen is not what's advertised and my apartment wasn't the one I booked, definitely! First of all They gave me 1 bd apartment, then switched me to another unit with 2 bd but still not the one I reserved.

Small improvements could take this rental to "outstanding": replace mattresses and pillows, provide kitchenware in the unit, add furniture, improve lighting, provide amenities such as coffee/tea and better toiletries. Maintenance needs to seal up exterior holes and window/doors to prevent pests.

We stayed there before going in a cruise. The room was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was great. We were a little confused about the check in. We missed it somehow to check in at 1915. We came in the dark and could not find the check in and were dragging our suitcases up and down the street but called and the staff helped us and once we found it, we were good. We would likely stay again now that we know how it all works. The staff were all very nice. Thanks

The room was ok, but we won’t be returning. We really only needed a one day stay due to a flight cancellation, but we didn’t know when we booked it that the room wouldn’t be available until 4 pm and we needed to be out by 11 am. The site stated in small print that we needed to check in at a different location, so we missed that when we were trying to find the place. There are no numbers or even the name oasis on the place. There was no box of tissues, no soap at the bathroom sink and 3 pillows for 2 people! (We both use two pillows!) not too much of an oasis.

Location Not clean, bad internet, bad service

It was extremely difficult to find the office. We stumbled on it by accident. They brought batteries for the remote but the tv didn't work. But it was very very clean. And the bed was comfortable.

Traveled from Canada, arrived at 9pm to flooded parking lot, no signage, doors locked and no lights on. Waited for 10 mins for someone to answer the door. Front desk man angry and denied us a room and Kicked us out and turned lights off

Apt was very nice and clean

Roaches everywhere they changed my room worse than the last they then he tried to charge me again but saying it was comped . It wasn't pleasant at all customer service was horrible when I was trying to inform them

Never stayed at said property. Claimed it was overbooked when I had time to refresh availability.

The location was okay There was little to no posting even with paying for a parking pass. The room advertised was a two bedroom unit, we were given a one bed room with two beds in the living room. The staff was rude and there was little to no space for us.
