Could go on and on with this but I think this is enough to let everyone know we will NEVER EVER STAY at this "sleeze motel"again

Pool doesn’t have a filter, looks nasty.. I got a room next to the pool and couldn’t get in it…check in is horrible

You paid for the room there was no pots and pans plates utensils glass ware or coffee cups there you had to order them separately your parking you had to pay for parking after already paying for a room then there was no available parking for you even though you paid the 195 dollars so when I found a parking space I parked and my rental car got towed for $125 dollars plus $25 a day on their property because there were people already parked in our registered area since it was on the boardwalk, everybody was coming from different areas that weren’t even staying in the hotel so no matter what you didn’t have a place to park i’ve never stayed in an area where you had to pay for your parking but yet there was nothing available for you. It was total chaos then there was people partying until four or 5 o’clock in the morning when supposedly sound had to eliminate at 11 there was no control on that as well. It was just a freaking nightmare. I will never stay in Hollywood on the boardwalk at this place again.

We did experience a few inconveniences during our stay. First, there is no elevator to access the second floor, which may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. When we arrived in our room, the toilet was not working, so we had to contact the front desk to have it addressed. Another issue was the pool area. Although the posted pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., there were people swimming and screaming in the pool around 11:30 p.m. Additionally, during a severe thunderstorm with heavy rain, lightning, and thunder, our air conditioning unit began leaking, allowing water to come into the room. We contacted the front desk and had to use towels to keep the water from spreading. Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and appreciated the friendly staff, but the maintenance issues and lack of enforcement of the pool hours took away from what could have been a much better experience.

Bathroom was dirty, I wouldn’t even take a shower in there. The bed was old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was likely getting someone seriously sick as eggs and cheese were left out with no cooling system the entire time. Additionally, they charge hidden fees. Parking should have been less the $20 per night, but I was charged almost $40 for parking and fees.

The only thing good was the proximity to the ocean.the bad was no amenities in the room.the room had bugs,also the bathroom was terrible.the bed had a broken metal pc that keep coming thru to stab you,breakfast was a very poor selection.when we notified the desk we never heard anything back.

Its nothing the pictures online it was a dirty motel highly over priced with occupants doing drugs every not caring that children were around Nothing not even the staff was were nice waited a whole hour in line cuz there was only one person in the front desk on a holiday to get told that we had to reuse dirty towels because room service is every 3 days

My stay was exactly what I was looking for including the price. Steps from the beach and all the restaurants near by any time I get hungry. It was perfect! I will be staying here again when I get a chance. Same room!
