No help I asked for clean towels and clean sheets and not help never saw any staff no attention to they guests at all not pool

It was a nice little place to stay at. Bathroom needs better maintenance, the doors between the rooms takes away privacy, and the bed needed a thicker comfortable.Overall it wasn't bad.

Super close to the beach. Nice room that was the right size for us, two adults. The kitchen worked for us to cook and eat. It was close to everything. We were able to have groceries delivered right to the entrance. Thank you

Nice place for the money - no complaints - can't complain about the staff because there was none.

Great location and was a quiet stay. You could walk right onto the Broadwalk and the beach from the room. The check in and check out was an easy process with the app. The instructions were easy to follow and I will stay here again.

Es un lugar muy central cerca a la playa muy limpio y muy pendientes de tus necesidades pero se escucha todo lo que pasa en la habitación del lado , la cocina no es para nada útil no habia ni para preparar un café , no había jabón de ducha faltan pequeñas cosas que pueden marcar la diferencia

I love the area. Everything was closed. The beach was right there. The place was nice and clean. There was parking available for $20 a day. Awesome would stay again.

Cons: There was no closet or place to hang clothes. No mirror in the room other than the small bathroom mirror. Bed was so hard and uncomfy- ordered a mattress topper on Amazon which was delivered the same day. Worth the $40. No room in my suitcase so I left it there. Would’ve been nice to have a bigger fridge. Daily charge of $15 for the umbrella and beach chairs (shouldn’t have been charged for the first day since check in is 4p) A broom and dustpan in the room would’ve been nice to have to clean up the sand since there isn’t housekeeping during your stay. For the most part it was a great stay.

- the microwave, coffee maker, the tableware was perfect for the quick meal before and after the beach - the beach is super close (1 minute walk) - great price to quality ratio Cons : - the AC is always on so, at night, it gets really chilly - the wall are thin, sound can travel form one room to another... To know before booking: No staff is present on site, everything is done through the hotel website/portal.

On May 4th I put in a reservation for a package at Sunrise with my flight being through Spirit. When spirt seized operations, I immediately reached out to Sunrise in hopes of a date transfer or refund. In the 20 days until my trip, Expedia, affirm nor myself could contact the property via phone or website or Expedia messaging. In fear of not getting my refund, I found a new flight that was a later then my original booking, but I paid for it and showed up to the property. All doors and gates were locked, and still ZERO COMMUNICATION from hotel on my access code or room number. Two days into my original booking, the hotel asked for my phone number and email which again, they never sent my access code or room number to. They are now claiming no fault and I am in contact with Broward County sheriffs office and the Florida Attorney General. This hotel is NOT manned, there is no staff and they don’t care how it may affect you. I’m a 36 year old solo traveler, I ubered to the hotel and was stranded in 88 degree weather for hours before having to purchase emergency accommodations. Beware!

The sheets had stains and the towels had foundation stains. There’s no onsite staff so no one does daily house keeping. There’s a thin door that separates a connecting room with a slide lock - which doesn’t seem safe and you can hear the neighbors conversations and them doing the deed…. Lol

The room was very clean and super close to the ocean, which we loved! I had booked this because of the cost and when reading reviews it indicated that there were beach chairs, etc. Well, there are beach chairs but there is an extra cost to it and there were no beach towels available. We would stay here again if the price was right, but next time I would make sure and add the cost of the beach chairs into my budget. Also, there was only a sheet for the bed....no other covers, which was different for us. I only say this to inform others, but overall we had a really good experience there and would look to book again. Thank you!

Room was smaller than advertised, but it worked. The king bed was two twins put together which wasn’t great. There was no front desk and the staff never answered the phone. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay again as there was not much service provided. Also the area does not have many things to do.

It was close to the beach and the room was very cozy Wish it had a kitchen sink so I could clean the dishes. The bathroom sink too small to do that and the drain didn’t work well. Took forever for the water to go down
