Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night- extremely old and should have been better maintained. There is nobody on property to maintain anything and you have to do everything before you get there including pay your parking and I really struggled with the app, but the owner did help with that after some time. I would not stay here again, unless they replaced the basics. Lack of bedding as well for when the AC was too hot and actually did work but could not be controlled.

This place was absolutely perfect for our getaway. It was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. We had a problem with the air conditioner, they were quick to respond and moved us to another room within minutes. It was a wonderful location to the boardwalk and beach. Unbelievable how close it was for the price. I recommend this place and I will be returning in the future good job to the management and staff.

Our stay started off great. The communication was good and they seemed helpful. The entire trip for both of our rooms went downhill about 10pm the first night. In both rooms, the AC was not adjustable. I even took out the batteries on the thermostat. The AC kept chilling. One room got down to 65F with no blankets. Our other room, the temperature was all over, hot - cold, no control at all. I emailed on Saturday morning with no response. Two horrible nights with either freezing temps with no blanket or open the window with heat and humidity. If the company wants me to change this review, they can call me. Like I asked them to do both Saturday and Sunday.

The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked very well. Mickaël helped us a lot during our stay. The proximity to the beach is a huge asset. The only thing that really bothered me was that I didn't have a cleaning service or a change of sheets and towels, but in general, it's a good place.

It was nice and clean and affordable.

The only problem was the entry way to hotel there was a big step no railing i fell and got hurt pritty bad.

AI automated voice calls were not helpful at all especially when you are international guests. Emails were left unanswered. Needs better customer service.

Property recently modern renovate quiet good paid parking at discount price compare to all other options nearby staff help quickly by text message quiet self check in nobody bothers you they give me early check in before check in time

It was alright, cheap so that makes it work, could be a lot better with a bit of work/money but still worth it

No help I asked for clean towels and clean sheets and not help never saw any staff no attention to they guests at all not pool

It was a nice little place to stay at. Bathroom needs better maintenance, the doors between the rooms takes away privacy, and the bed needed a thicker comfortable.Overall it wasn't bad.

Super close to the beach. Nice room that was the right size for us, two adults. The kitchen worked for us to cook and eat. It was close to everything. We were able to have groceries delivered right to the entrance. Thank you

There was an African American older couple next door making loud noises after 12 am. It was very uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep after that. I complained through the app but never got a reply.
