Keys don’t work

The outside of the building looked ok. The inside of the room had dead cockroaches, smelled of mold and the bathtub had a whole on it . The tub did not hold water. Room #17 needs maintenance. That's the only room I can speak on.

The pool was cool to have but it could use some cleaning.

Great place and so quiet

There was a dead roach in the bed. There was a roach in the bathroom . The lady that helped us (she had glasses )I didn’t catch her name but when we checked in she wasn’t pleasant at all . I asked about requesting a late check out she said they didn’t do that but on the paper I signed it said something completely different and I mentioned it to her she didn’t explain anything just agreed( contradicted what she had said previously ). She was very short with her responses not friendly at all which really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Thankfully we only stayed 2 days and switched hotels . Also the house keepers never came by to switch out towels or anything . Me and my partner also almost witnessed a fight because people were antagonizing a black man and saying racial slurs . A worker was there and only watched. Do not recommend. Thankfully we switched hotels we only stayed 2 days.

Room was filled with roaches. Had them crawling on me while I slept. Toilet would run unless I jiggled the handle. Ac was making a very loud noise like metal was rattling around inside it. Room smelled bad. Blankets and sheets had burn holes in them. Parking was horrible.

A very nice place; the pool is great, and the location is excellent.

First of all you had to park in a sketchy looking alley. All of.the entrances card entry did not work. The room was clean, but i noticed my bed loo k ed weird and looked underneath and the frame was broken. It looked rigged to stay together. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible. The room was not cold as the ac was set on. The fridge was not cold. The had the worst channels on the TV. For having to pay a resort fee just for a pool, they could have had at least 1 streaming channel. I lived in Miami all my life, moved away and was there for a funeral. I know federal hwy is a rough area, but it was portrayed as refurbished hotel but it still needs work. No coffee or ice unless you walk all the way to the office. There are no amenities to be worthy of a resort fee. There was an office chair in the room that should be on the garbage. The leather was stripped and ripped off. It looked horrible. I was a bit worried so I sprayed the bed down with lysol. I was afraid to get out the shower because there wasn't anything and i mean nothing for an elderly person to hold onto to get out of the shower with. I was there for 2 days so I sucked it up. I just needed a place to lay my head down. I won't stay there again.

Terrible!! Lo unico bueno es la ubicación, queda cerca del Downtown con variedad de lugares de comer y pasarla bien. Tambien queda a 11 minutos del aeropuerto.

Great price and location

Always nice and clean

Room was clean, getting in and out of the place, was hard, key doesn't work at all the doors. It's like a lot of drug users hang around the area.

Odd room, but quiet and safe.

Room smells like piss . Toilet hardly works . Bed and sheets had long black hair all over the brown comforter we didn’t use it also some small bold hair looks to me as pubs hair on the sheets Also Sheets and pillow slips needs to be replaced they are not white and look worn out and needs to be replaced also have multiple stains can’t tell whether they were washed or clean . This place isn’t the same as when they first opened . Haven’t stayed here for a while and I believe this would be my last time visiting. This place needs a upgrade!

Underwhelming

It was perfect for what we needed!

I checked in on 6/18/26 and the the first thing I do is check for cleanliness throughout the room I check the bed at first and it seemed to be ok and everything else was ok ,but when I left out of the room to explore the city I came back in took a shower got ready for bed and there was a bedbug on my bed I called the front desk over and over NO ANSWER (2am) Suppose to 24hr service so I didn't sleep on the bed I sat in the chair for hours until the sun came up at 6am and told the lady at the front desk what happened and she didn't give me much to rely on but I checked out of the room I Supposed have stayed for two nights but I wasn't staying there no more ever with bugs in the bed!!! SN: I HAVE PICTURES ALSO) I Want My Money Back at least for one night!!!
