    The location The pool didn’t look save to swim in

    Nothing. The room had bed bugs on bed that bit me multiple times, the washer and dryer did not work and the dryer stole my money even though receptionist stated dryer worked. The female receptionist who had glasses and mole was very rude and never provided me with towels I requested. The room had a terrible odor similar to that of urine. I would never stay at this property again.

    I checked in on 6/18/26 and the the first thing I do is check for cleanliness throughout the room I check the bed at first and it seemed to be ok and everything else was ok ,but when I left out of the room to explore the city I came back in took a shower got ready for bed and there was a bedbug on my bed I called the front desk over and over NO ANSWER (2am) Suppose to 24hr service so I didn't sleep on the bed I sat in the chair for hours until the sun came up at 6am and told the lady at the front desk what happened and she didn't give me much to rely on but I checked out of the room I Supposed have stayed for two nights but I wasn't staying there no more ever with bugs in the bed!!! SN: I HAVE PICTURES ALSO) I Want My Money Back at least for one night!!!

    It was OK. I use to stay there a number of times. I used to lived near the golf course for 8 years. My storage is at Handy Storage on Sterling. I used to have a PO Box almost across the street until I moved to So, Miami. I remember the coffee you use to be able to make in your room. What happened to that? I loved that! Also, now you sell a can of soda for $3.00 a can, unbelievable!! Big problem with the door keys or passwords, maintenance issues, I had to move to 2 other rooms, due to room issues. Anyway, step it up!

    When we arrived, the address they provided only led us to the parking lot. There were no signs directing guests to the lobby, which is located on the other side of the property, and there is no direct path from the parking lot to the lobby. I had to call the hotel just to figure out where to go. A staff member named Ariel answered and helped me with directions. At the front desk, I was checked in by a woman named Shamera. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I explained that I had already paid through the Booking.com app. She asked for a security deposit, and I told her that the card I used to pay was not physically with me. I simply asked what other options were available. Without even trying to help, she dismissively repeated, “I need the physical card,” at least five times. She made no effort to find a solution. I eventually lost my patience and walked away. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. I called the hotel again, and Ariel answered once more. I explained the situation, and she immediately said, “No problem,” and solved the issue within minutes. She was the only pleasant and helpful employee we encountered. When we finally got to our room, it was dirty. I honestly don’t understand how such a small property can neglect basic cleanliness. There was dirt on the bed, the bathtub was broken, and there were drink ring stains all over the nightstands. I also recommend cleaning the air conditioner, which is full of mold and blows out a terrible smell. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I booked this hotel through Booking.com.     I never stayed there. I paid booking. dot com almost $600. And when I got to the place, they would not accept my reservation. They would not take my debit card, and they would not take cash for the reservation. Therefore I never stayed. And I have requested a refund and according to booking. Dot com i'm not getting one.Despite the fact I never stayed there I didn't like the fact that I never stayed there. How can I give you an opinion of a place that I didn't stay at? I made the reservation through booking.com. I paid for the reservation and the downtown Hollywood suites would not allow me to stay. I need a refund or I will be filing a lawsuit against booking. dot com and downtown Hollywood suites.

    Parking is confusing, staff was unfriendly and unknowledgeable, not helpful at all! The rooms are DISGUSTING!! Stains everywhere, room wreaked of mildew and weed, got allergies while in the room for just 2 hrs. Bathroom had a ball of hair stuck on the bottom of the door. The sheets had stains on them too. They refuse to refund me my money since I checked out the same day I checked in. I will NEVER stay here again!!!
