Room was not clean at all ! Zero health options on menu !! Everything on menu you could find at any bar in America !!! Room has hair on bathroom floor and floor boards 5/10 if you have kids hotel is good but off property down Broadwalk their is really nothing worth going too !! Overrated imo

The cleaning service for the room was terrible. By day 4 I had to ask what the protocol was for cleaning. The floors in our room had not been cleaned. Including the bathroom. They got in it right away but then they were making the bed wrong. So weird for a major hotel. Kenny at the pool and his staff are amazing. He really took care of us. My husband was a disabled so he was so helpful. He made our stay amazing!!!

Everything about this resort is amazing. The staff is super nice. Shout out to Nia and Ari at the front desk. Had some issues with the key to the room and wanting to extend my stay an extra night and they took care of everything with no problems. Pools are great. Service is great. Bed is amazing. Super clean. Will be coming back for another stay!

Room and view were great! Love the size of the resort and most everything about it. On-site restaurants were very good and convenient compared to going off-site.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was really helpful and extremely nice. The room was clean, The food and entertainment were good. The Spa was relaxing. There was a pool just for adults if you don’t have kids but if you do, their pool had a waterfall and slide! The dj by the pool was very enjoyable! Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! I will definitely return!!

The room was also not clean upon arrival. Even after requesting housekeeping twice, trash was still left behind. There were flies in the bathroom and visible mold in the shower, which was unacceptable. We were also served undercooked chicken wings by the pool. I chose not to complain at the time because my son was enjoying his vacation. At checkout, I had to repeatedly show proof that my reservation included the daily credit before it was honored, which made for a frustrating experience. For the price of this resort, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and communication. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
