everything was great, the tiki bar was a nice touch and staff were very accommodating. also very very close to the beach and all restaurants. Unfortunately the original room we booked had dirty floors, our fridge was broken, and the tv remote wasn’t the one that was for that tv but after having a talk with the staff and voicing our concerns they immediately switched us to a different room and expressed their apologies.

Location ok.Paid two bedroom and have only one with two beds and not pool.Parking only for one car and paid 21.40 dollars for day.Beach full sargassum. Send me email one day before and tell me,not pool and price the parking for day,never tell me only one room with two beds and only one car for rooms.Pool only for suite.

The property is in the perfect location!! The room and pool were very clean. Check in was easy and they accommodated our early arrival. Staff are wonderful. My only complaint is the pool hours weren’t enforced and a family stayed in the pool past 12 am. Since the hotel is situated like a courtyard around the pool, we could hear everything as if they were in our room. The stay would have been absolutely perfect if the pool hours were enforced and the other guests were not allowed to party in the pool so late at night.

This property is a family run property been staying here for years very clean and efficient. Just steps away from the beach.

There was nothing to like. Full stop. The window looked out to a literal pile of debris they were trying to hide. The shower was disgusting. The faucet turned 360° so i needed a Divining rod to get to hot water. There was no coffee, which is an absolute felony. The fridge made noise constantly, the towels were sparse at best for a place located on the beach. Tiki bar live music right by my room was both obnoxious and off pitch so that made it worse. There was never more than 6 guests at the bar but the speakers were on full tilt. Parking was an absolute joke/cluster F. Terrible. I will likely not use Booking.com again to make a lodging accommodation. I cannot trust the product. This was shameful. I could have stayed at the Marriott down the strand for just $60 more and had an exponentially better experience. Supremely disappointed.

We were staying overnight to leave for a cruise and needed 2 bedrooms for 12 hours. One bedroom was studio, sharing the living room and kitchen. So my 20 year old daughter slept by the front (exterior access) door. Oh, and you have to get there before 9 or call them ahead, otherwise you won't get checked in. With it being a long road trip and fighting traffic, next time I'll probably just rent 2 hotel rooms for the money we spent. But, overall it ended up being fine for a quick overnight snooze. And the staff did leave my key and check in items in the lock box since I called ahead to let them know we were late.

Room is clean and has everything you need. The best is the location - you can walk to everything.

Great location by the boardwalk. Walk to shops, eateries, and beach. Minimal parking, narrow streets. Old building with cracks in foundation. The A/C hardly worked at all in our room, and it was 95 degrees outside. Could hardly sleep due to the hard mattresses. I am not sure if the sheets were even changed after the last guests in the room. The sheets were wrinkled and worn. Paint peeling on ceiling and walls and the water pressure was low in the shower. Noisy location due to the hotel tiki bar being 15 feet from our door. This room and property are in desperate need of a makeover. We were there for only one night before a cruise and will not stay here again.
