The Hotel Redland

We were there for a location wedding and it was very pleasant we booked a room while my brother-in-law booked another room for the same time the location was perfect and everything was great The beds could have been a little bit more comfortable other than that it was fine

Room was clean. Great distance from Everglades National Park. Great wifi connection. Room was not soundproofed enough to handle noise from first floor restaurant. There was music blasting until midnight and you could hear kids shouting at one point. There was a coffee maker in the room but no filter and you had to buy the coffee.

Housekeeping responsive to a small problem with room Neighborhood a couple blocks away seemed sketchy, walked to family dollar and was a little nervous

Quaint facility. Parking was easy and safe. We have stayed here years ago and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we are not same/sushi people so the restaurant in the hotel is not desirable. To us. I know we have had breakfast here before but not anymore. They used to have chairs out on the porch so you could sit out there and have a drink but the chairs are gone. We liked the funky aspect of the hotel but it’s not there anymore. It just seems wornout.

Great bed! Comfy facilities and well maintained. Ease of check-in! Nice location. Couldn't get the TV to work. No instructions.

For 3 hours it was so loud and disruptive that I couldn’t even relax from my 320 trip.

Beautiful room, amazing food and exceptional staff. I honestly felt like family by the time I left. I absolutely recommend staying at Hotel Redland!! I didn't like leaving. ❤️

Nice restaurant in the lower part , great food , music a bit to loud but it was on the weekend, nice parquink space , you can walk around that lovely town Strange having the host living in the same rooms as the guest , but I guess it is what it is

Staff Very noisy, it’s literally inside of a restaurant.

no breakfast available, location was good. Housekeeper was pleasant. Amenities were lacking -- no hand towels, one tiny bar of soap, not enough toilet paper. We were in the bottom floor room by the kitchen and the closing staff was so loud -- screaming, etc, at 10-11pm

There was a leftover rice inside the fridge

Close proximity to Everglades and Biscayne for national park tourists, place was clean and AC works good, bed was small but comfortable The area isn’t the greatest and the room is very small, plus it takes like 20 minutes for the shower to get hot and it’ll only get to like 80 degrees

No hot water. Not very welcoming.

The bed was very comfortable

Clean, updated room. No heat! Outside temp was 32 degrees

The staff was awesome Emily, Christine, Ivan and CJ gave exceptional customer service nothing really except made one suggestion about putting soap caddies in the shower. that was an inconvenience.
