The beds could have been a little bit more comfortable other than that it was fine

Room was not soundproofed enough to handle noise from first floor restaurant. There was music blasting until midnight and you could hear kids shouting at one point. There was a coffee maker in the room but no filter and you had to buy the coffee.

Housekeeping responsive to a small problem with room Neighborhood a couple blocks away seemed sketchy, walked to family dollar and was a little nervous
-
everything was perfect n/a
-
No elevator
-
location Check in involved switching TVs and rooms, bed not great, minimalist place
-
Couldn't get the TV to work. No instructions.

Location and price They booked a party on the balcony, right outside my sliding glass door to the balcony, even though they have a policy that they don’t allow such parties. For 3 hours it was so loud and disruptive that I couldn’t even relax from my 320 trip.

Beautiful room, amazing food and exceptional staff. I honestly felt like family by the time I left. I absolutely recommend staying at Hotel Redland!! I didn't like leaving. ❤️
-
Nice restaurant in the lower part , great food , music a bit to loud but it was on the weekend, nice parquink space , you can walk around that lovely town Strange having the host living in the same rooms as the guest , but I guess it is what it is
-
Staff Very noisy, it’s literally inside of a restaurant.
-
no breakfast available, location was good. Housekeeper was pleasant. Amenities were lacking -- no hand towels, one tiny bar of soap, not enough toilet paper. We were in the bottom floor room by the kitchen and the closing staff was so loud -- screaming, etc, at 10-11pm
-
There was a leftover rice inside the fridge
-
Close proximity to Everglades and Biscayne for national park tourists, place was clean and AC works good, bed was small but comfortable The area isn’t the greatest and the room is very small, plus it takes like 20 minutes for the shower to get hot and it’ll only get to like 80 degrees
-
The bed was very comfortable
-
No heat! Outside temp was 32 degrees
-
The staff was awesome Emily, Christine, Ivan and CJ gave exceptional customer service nothing really except made one suggestion about putting soap caddies in the shower. that was an inconvenience.
-
Friendly staff. Very helpful.

Room 101 was right next to the bar and resturant and extreemly noisy until past midnight . If you must stay there do not get a first floor room near ths bar you will regret it. I stayed over 5 nights and my room was never cleaned. The sheets on the bed did not stay in place . fresh towels were not provided . I had to use a speaker and down load white noise to drown out the Kitchen and bar noises.

Mattress Lukewarm water, dirty floors and pillows, rug like towels with someone’s hair, very inconvenient access to charging, No trash can inside bedroom, bad smell in the room, noise from the road (just beside it), bad network. Payment is not done AT the facility but must through phone which is really insecure. Why not remove that coffee pot when there’s no ground coffee? Honestly is this a hotel and is this really advertised on Booking, a website I used for several years?
