Love this place! Always clean and fresh. Showers could be improved on. But it's still always clean and well put together.

The experience we had was very good.

The coffee served for breakfast was actually my preferred coffee brand and flavor, so that was nice. There was plenty available and they also provided non-dairy creamer which I appreciated very much. Also the pillows in our room were great. The lobby and elevator had a strange smell I couldn't identify but was certainly unpleasant. The elevator doors and beeping could be heard from our room all night, keeping us awake. There was some mold in the shower which bothered my allergies. Found a stranger's hair in the "clean" bath towels.

Very confortable, everything you need. A very good restaurant in "c'est bon cafe" just in front of the hotel, very practical. The breakfast was not the best but acceptable and you have everything in the room.

The room was clean, it was safe; we were there during Mardi Gras, the staff were very friendly and the hotel always smelled so so good. I would stay here again anytime.

Clean rooms, extremely nice friendly staff. Plenty space in the rooms. No complaints at all.

Toilet ran and ran, didn't flush well. Shower spray was weak. No conditioner in bathroom. Housekeeping was not daily, had to ask for towels and washcloths. Breakfast was carbs, carbs or sweets. No protein, except for milk (which I don't care for.) Place was clean, desk staff were courteous.

I stayed here for work, so I checked in late and left early. Check in was no problem and check out was fine as well. I got a suite and the ac was stuck on high heat and would not shut off or allow to be turned down. I slept well because the living area was separate from the bedroom. So not really a big problem.
