It was quiet and the breakfast was good

Typical 3 star hotel in that area Breakfast . Ended up going out every morning for breakfast. They need a good upgrade for breakfast compared to other hotels in the area

It was terribly hot when I got on the 3rd floor hallway seems they were working on that AC and it took a while for the room to cool down once I settled in but all was clean and friendly.

Stayed here for the United Houma Nation powwow and it was very clean, the staff was very nice, and a decent breakfast. The room was very comfortable. I will stay again next year.

Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was NOT friendly at all. The fan on the cooling unit in the room did not blow very high. The pool water was GREEN! Breakfast eggs & sausages were lukewarm (maybe we needed to get down there before 8am).

Room was clean only issue I had was the toilet. Had to hold down the toilet handle long time to get it ti flush completely. Seem like a new float or something is needed. Also the A/C on third floor not working at all. Thr hallway on third floor felt worse than it did outside. Lastly the elevator need repairing. Although capacity is 2000 we were told by signage and staff no more than three people on it at a time. So what happens if it's three people and luggage. We found out, very strange noise. Please these things. Beyond that all good.

It seems like the rooms are newly renovated. Not sure if they all are but the room I was in this time definitely was renovated in the bathroom area. Clean and quiet.

They had cereal but no milk for breakfast, we’re out of several different juices & other things. Not sure if it was the manager, night shift or day shift clerk but someone stole some of our stuff. (Our guest who had a late night check in) Something was left & that morning when asked about it they said there was nothing left. Then proceeded to pull out the empty box that items were in saying they don’t know what happened to it. When we decided to call the police because they said they couldn’t roll the cameras. Magically they showed back up. Anyway bad experience all the way around for 3 of the 4 rooms.
