Great amenities!

Good location. Close to everything. The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. It just felt nasty. The carpet felt sticky. I wouldn’t want to stay there again

No ice machine available. No breakfast provided. Staff was polite. Not advising to stay here. Paid 85.00 per nite. Nope,!!!

As soon as we entered the room, there were roaches scurrying. Then I went to check the bed and there were roaches in the bed and in the sheets. We were unable to stay in this hotel.

Absolutely nothing The location is a horrible area! The parking lot is extremely dark. The lobby smells ! The straws that are set out to mix the coffee are open to air not individually covered so everyone can touch the straws you will be using. Not sanitary. The towels in the rooms were limited. Never again!!

Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and had a shuttle to the stadium.

The hotel had roaches and mold. The hotel did not serve a breakfast and did not provide house keeping. It was obvious that the management was really trying to provide a nicer facility, but the roaches and worn condition of the facility is showing to be extensive.

Had to downgrade the room the first day because the room wasn't ready. It was past 3 pm. The clerk said we can upgrade tomorrow but I said no thank you. I didn't feel like moving all my items the next day. I didn't like the idea that my room only gets serviced every 7 days. If I want sooner, its $10 each time. The clerk did an outstanding job. Went above and beyond to bring some ice upstairs to me when I needed some.

Bad news is that this place has a huge cockroach problem. They have bait traps in the corridors and the hallways smell of bug spray. Unfortunately it is not helping. We had cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. From babies to 2” in size. They were also in the stairwell. The front desk admitted to the problem and offered another room but no guarantee it would be cockroach free. I hope I haven’t brought any home in my luggage. Gross!

The staff was amazing! Room was clean but it had a real musty smell. You could tell it was an older room but the price was very good.

The staff is great, the room was clean.The gym needs new cables for the machines and the pool isn’t inviting. The shuttle service is very helpful!
