Staff was responsive and friendly. Cool rooms.

Rather an amazing budget hotel. Roomy room, comfy bed, super clean. Snacks and sodas provided as a welcome gift. Two chair seating area with table in front of TV. A shower that was huge (I have access issues) and looks like a super high end spa shower. I was missing some minor things day 1 (kleenex, a bar of soap) but soap showed up day 2. Fairly high end lighting, fridge has a tiny but welcome freezer space. Small space to hang clothes, but only open cubbies/no dresser for clothes. Very friendly and helpful staff (including a beautiful friendly goldendoodle). Tight parking, but a bit easier on weekdays than weekends. Breakfast is provided, and convenience foods can be bought for late hours. All in all, an incredible value. Nice new clean property that the owner is trying to manage really well. AC cranks - very comfy.

I loved the breakfast. I was a little wary of the reviews because sometimes people have different tastes. However, the breakfast is absolutely amazing. The newly refurbished rooms were stunning. I loved the rain shower shower. It made me feel spoiled. The staff were lovely and they had allowed us to pick complimentary goodies on check in. There wasn't much I didn't like. The first being no elevators. Having to carry a heavy suitcase up the steps in 90+ heat was not fun. The second issue which I advised management of, was that the remotes are universally set. Meaning that if your neighbor decides to turn their tv on at 2 in the morning that it will simultaneously turn yours on. Which then leads to an hour long battle of turn the tv on/off before one of you gives up.

The Owner of the hotel was very nice and professional. He was very well mannered and I consider him a professionals preofessional. The hotel is very nice and well put together with amazing appliances and comfy beds.

I reserved a single room,one bed for $125,I was with my wife and my two kids,I was planning to use my own inflatable couch,but my surprise was that the front desk guy and the GM went to my room and asked me if I wanted to get a double suit for an extra fee of $38 ,and of course I said yes(two rooms,two beds,one big living room ,a whole kitchen)everything was amazing,+ the breakfast in the morning (tamales,chorizo with eggs,waffles,coffee....Loved it!!!

Staff was nice and attentive... rooms were just as described very clean and the shower was amazing . We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Houston!

Room was clean upon arrival. Stay was amazing. Rooms are pretty soundproof so slept very well although it’s close to the highway. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping very respectful of our things left around the room.

This is the best candidate in the motel segment - of low cost motel located in high traffic areas - basic services well delivered. They take that hotel model and deliver a modern interior design with extra comfort - I was blown away by the high quality room and bed and bathroom - this is not the typical motel. This is real value for money - when on the road looking for a lower cost motel - this is your place. I will always stay in crystal inn going forward Nothing- the breakfast was basic - but delivered enough to get you going for the day
