Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Downtown Convention Center

This was our 1st time staying, we will be staying again in the future.

Always enjoy staying here for all the extra amenities like the reception hour and fantastic breakfast!

Great place to stay if you are going to the Astros game!!

My Number One place to stay every time I attend an event at the Toyota Center. Rooms are always clean, the Staff is always friendly and the breakfast is great.

Everything was as expected apart from the breakfast. It was the same breakfast everyday, so not ideal for someone staying multiple nights. The cleaning lady was excellent as she kept the property tidy everyday. All the staff were very helpful. A complementary bottle water in the room would have been nice. Overall, a very good hotel with good sized rooms in a very good location,

The suite was large and perfect for separate space. The breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks were great, this was a perfect stay for my 2 boys and I. The ONLY complaint I had was parking pricing, but it is downtown Houston

The beautiful lobby definitely is misleading as the rooms themselves are underwhelming

The only complaint that we had was the music that played all night both nights even after calling the front desk.

Good place

The staff was so friendly

Staff was not friendly. They never greeted us or welcomed us back when we returned from our outings. When I checked in, I was not greeted by the receptionist. She was unfriendly our whole stay. The front desk people just stared at us as we came and went. They greeted other guests but not us. No warm welcome at all the whole stay. I did not feel welcomed at this hotel. The restaurant hostess at the hearsay was also unwelcoming and was on the phone and did not take care of us. We will not return and don’t recommend anyone to stay here. Valet was also rude and stared at us as we arrived and did not welcome us either.

The hotel provided accommodations upon arrival. We enjoyed Happy Hour each evening, the Breakfast was delicious each morning. Everything was in walking distance.
