Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston East, by IHG

The hotel is poorly kept. Staff is not rude but definitely not friendly. Front desk staff has zero clue of what's the policies there. Took 30 min to check in. Only 1 male night desk worker was friendly. Mold in the showers,mold in the pool, broken dryers, stains on the carpet, filthy entry ways, raccoons running past the front door. only good part is the ladies who clean the rooms. Super sweet and helpful

Dirty, in bad shape, bad employee attitude... not recommended. The worst HolidayInn Express by far.

Very clean. Loved the spacious room and very calm environment. It was not noisy at all. One of my favorite stays so far.

The Ac in my room was very noisy. The refrigerator was noisy and it was very annoying in the evening.

Staff + rooms were big Has the “old building” smell. That’s not something I don’t think they can change though. Was NOT a deal breaker for me or my family though.

The staff was great and the rooms were excellent. Easy access to anything we wanted to do.

Hotel carpet was loose and cause everyone to trip the grout on the shower was falling out and the tiles was falling loose from the walls we found cockroaches in the bathroom

The hotel itself was clean. The hotel doesn’t require you to register your vehicle and my car was towed. The car was allegedly parked in the wrong place and the didn’t call to ask it to be moved bed or make sure it wasn’t a guest. The staff was rude.

Breakfast was great! My kids enjoyed going to breakfast in the morning. Very clean no isssues at all. Im impressed. I enjoyed everything. No Complaints
