Hyatt Regency Houston West

What a great experience! The hotel was extremely nice and very clean and the staff was very friendly. The price was very reasonable for such a nice hotel. Anytime I’m in the area this is where I will be staying

No internet. Major problem. No hot water for my shower. Said to let it run. I did! Cold shower. Not happy!

Jason did an amazing job helping us with the reservation, we have to check in a date before and he made it happen, the staff is very amazing, but many of the people registered at the hotel don't have manner. but the team at the front desk did an amazing job controlling the situation.

I checked into the hotel around 1:30 AM, went to my room, and immediately found dried blood stains on the bed sheets. That alone should be completely unacceptable at any hotel. I was exhausted, so instead of making a huge issue out of it in the middle of the night, I slept on the other side of the bed and planned to have it taken care of the next day. What happened after that was even worse. I spoke to the cleaning staff THREE times and the front desk manager FIVE times about the same issue, and somehow nothing was done. I had to repeatedly ask for something as basic as clean sheets. It eventually got to midnight, and the manager’s brilliant solution was to have the cleaning staff drop off sheets for ME to change myself. Seriously? I paid for a hotel room and paid for a service. I am not an employee of this hotel, and I should not have to change sheets that were stained with blood because the staff couldn’t be bothered to properly address the situation. I gave the manager two very reasonable options: move me to another room or refund my money. He was extremely quick to give me a refund, but there was absolutely no sense of urgency, accountability, or genuine concern for the situation. It felt like they simply wanted me gone rather than actually fixing the problem. And this wasn’t even the only issue. My brother had his own problems with his room, but I won’t even

It was super old WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT IT HAD SNOKE SMELL ALL OVER THE ROOMS WE CHANGED ROOM 4 times!!!! Rooms

The interior was still a bit old, but well maintained. Haven’t stayed there in a long while, so it’s great to see the gold fish and the pond back. The sound of the water fountains was very soothing. The bed was pretty comfortable. Had a broken coffee maker in the room, but was swapped out promptly when asked. Overall it’s a good stay, and will certainly stay there again.

Everything was honestly great ! I would come back to Houston again just to stay here!
