Two weeks after checking out I still have pending charges from this hotel on my credit card statement. Absolutely ridiculous. They claim those charges fall off after 3 days. That’s a lie because two weeks after checking out I still have those charges pending. The hotel is old and not up to modern standards. And at the time I was there, they were cleaning the fish ponds. Disappointed to see that because that was one of the reasons I booked that hotel because of the scenery in the lobby, only to arrive there and have them tell me the ponds would be empty for about a month. This wasn’t stated before I placed a booking. Never again.

I did that multiple times until I gave up asking for one. The staff lied ot my face on this. I am bitterly PO. I was told since my booking was with a 3rd party to take it to them. and I was basically SOL. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a cheap crap cooler for me to have a cold drink while in the room. I will not stay at another Hyatt hotel as the quality of the hotels is not par with the rating. I cannot trust Expedia to move me to another hotel if the one I book is crap. I will have to call the hotel directly in the future.

When we arrived at 430 our room was not ready and check in is at 3pm so he offered another room but we did not want it because we wanted our jr sweet king bed so we left and came back like515 and finally it was ready then he gave us a room on the 5th floor all the way on the corner long walk and while you get closer to your room it smelled like arm pits finally got to room and ac did not get cool enough was sweating at night we had it on the lowest it could go which was 65 and did not have no bags for trash if you want to know the room it was 5501
