Nothing roach infested, not clean enough, had to clean before I brought my things in, had maggots, literally stayed two and a half days, because we had roaches trying to sleep with us

I like the idea of having a kitchenette. Nice exterior. It was very dated. Carpet worn. Curtains old. Sinks and cabinets peeling. Had to spray for small roaches crawling on wall.

The location distance from my job. The facility. The room. I was given a smoking room when I requested non smoking. It stunk. Had roaches. Hair in bed and tub from previous occupants. Floor and carpet dirty and stained. Smelled horrible. Room was small. Stove top only 1 side worked. The lighting was soooo dim..

The location was perfect for me. No hot water in the shower. They don’t provide/replenish basic necessities such as TOILET PAPER! Lack of concern to address the situation of no hot water in the shower so I had to freeze when bathing all week. They also make unannounced “room checks”, which I feel is an invasion of privacy.

It was close to my job and food places close by and a clothing store. It's not bad as all the bad reviews say, it's clean and comfortable and out the way. Front desk never answer the phone.

The a.c. wasn't working properly. I had roaches and I could only pay a week at a time. If I needed just a few days they wouldn't do it. Didn't offer any shampoo or soap was told to buy my own.

It's affordable The mattress is definitely due for an upgrade. . One side is completely sunken in and offers no support what so ever. Only complaint really. So far.
