Stayed for the first time at this hotel. I was expecting a very great experience but it wasn't anything close to it. The staff were friendly but I was gone during the day so we didn't have much interaction. The breakfast wasn't great. The cereal tasted stale, the waffles didn't cook 100% so they were gummy. The pool wasn't big and it was too cold to even go swimming in the middle of summer. No hot tub or Jacuzzi. The room was nice. Housekeeping kept it nice for us. However any slightest movement and if you are up on the high floor your downstairs neighbor will complain. Hotel smelled like faint cigar/cigarette smoke. Carpets were old. Overall wasn't a terrible stay but wasn't great either. Hope this helps!

Breakfast is included but it was meh. Only one waffle iron was working, no bottled water in the fridge, and the selection was minimal.

What we loved most about this hotel was that they let us hang out in the lobby with all our family, late eating food and even listening to music. Thanks guys, great hotel

Let's talk about a little bit of everything. First off, the staff was excellent from the front desk to the housekeepers to the ladies making breakfast. Everyone was nice and helpful. Wanna do a shout out to Daniel, who checked us in and also checked us out. He definitely went above and beyond. To make sure our stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean. They maintained them very well. The parking was easy. I liked that it had a security gate. As well, that only the people who were staying there had access to it. The pool was very clean, only negative thing. I have to say about the pool would be that it was rather cold even though it was very hot outside. But I think to each their own on that they had coffee. Available 24/7 which was great because I love my hot coffees plus it's free. The breakfast I can't complain about the free breakfast. Though I do wish they had a little bit more of a variety. Maybe some bagels, you know, every other day, possibly even some different meats like bacon rather than just sausage. But overall, our stay was wonderful. And would absolutely stay there again. If we were ever in this area.

This was a good location for easy access off the Beltway 8, close to shopping, and restaurants. The property was well maintained overall but the front desk staff were rude liars that kept me and my family waiting in the lobby over 2 hours for a room even with me having paid for very early check in. I tried to explain to the front desk clerk if she’d been honest and communicated any issues then I wouldn’t be getting upset; the lady then begins talking while I’m speaking and completely ignoring what I’m saying. I kept the same tone and told her she can’t hear me if she’s talking then the lady proceeded to tell me “You’re not going to yell at me”. I told her my tone never changed but my voice intensified because she continued speaking at the same time, I told her she’s not going to tell me what the hell to do since it’s all her fault. She never inquired about reservations information initially, but wanted to charge $35 when I told her I had early check in. Her lie went from the room not ready, to giving the wrong room, to I texted housekeeping and no response, to I didn’t see your reservation because of the weather, they are putting towels in the room for an hour, to room was really dirty from last guest (even though I showed a picture of room door open with bed stripped in progress of cleaning 2 hours prior) I requested a full refund of the very early check in and manager, Maria, resolved it. Breakfast staff turned off lights and put up food while guests made plates.
