My boyfriend and I are from Fort Worth and spent the weekend in Houston for a mini getaway. We got the spa room. The room and jacuzzi were very clean! It did not seem like there get a lot of bookings because the lot was not full, which we love! We were able to park directly in front of our room! We were no more than 25 minutes away from all the places we visited also. We will definitely be booking again! I wish the covers on the bed were a lot thicker and the pillows were fluffier!

I enjoyed the staff and the spa bath enjoyed my time to meditate and enjoy my me time. My own personal spa and paint day. ???

Close to a location I needed to go to. Staff was nice. I asked for a downstairs room and was accommodated. The room needed to be cleaned a little better. There were crumbs on the couch, a dead water bug and dirty spot on the floor, and I also found strands of hair that wasn’t mine on the “clean towels” and some hair on the sink. Luckily I always bring disinfectant spray and cleaning wipes when I stay at a hotel just in case.

I accidently left cash money in the and when i realised it i called and instead of trying to help like let me go into room and look for the money their response was not our problem the housekeeping was still there. I couldve gone and talked to them. It just made me feel like they had my hard earned money and kept it.

Stayed 3 nights for business and everyone was saying Houston is a bad area. But I felt safe.Quite,clean and comfortable.If need again I will stay there. No coffee nor pastries

There was roaches in our room , wasn’t clean and smelled like smoke .

Amazing hot tub and the staff was amazing and for the price I was extremely happy!!

No elevator for second floor. Steps all painted the same color, so had to tell where edge of steps were.

It was soooo comfortable and clean and welcoming!!! It’s a little bit hidden in the hood. But it was ok. I felt fairly safe.
