yea I dont think i’ll be back to this location! When i arrived there were men just sitting outside some just hanging outside their door some just sitting outside in the lawn. Then when i first entered my room it just smelled like straight weed coming through the vents. The furniture was worn down, the sheets werent clean, the tv wires were just hanging from the wall. if i wouldve had to stay for more than a night i probably wouldve cancelled. i wanted to cancel regardless but it was an emergency stay and it was already late and I was exhausted. there was trash all over the parking lot like it was just super uncomfortable and nasty. Then the wifi wasnt even working on the TV and they were expecting us to pay $10 for the wifi password! like what

This was, without question, the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The photos are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property at all. From the outside, the hotel looks clean and modern, but the room was a disgusting shock. Everything was filthy — the floors, the bathroom, the walls, the overall condition of the room. It felt dirty, neglected, and extremely unsanitary. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches everywhere, even inside the refrigerator. What makes this even more outrageous is the price. This hotel charges rates comparable to far better properties, yet offers a completely deplorable experience. I only booked it because the photos made it seem clean and because it was close to my destination. That was a huge mistake. Save your money, avoid the disgust, and stay somewhere else.

Really nice people at the hotel

We arrived at signature in roughly about 8pm. Immediately noticed it looked like a dive motel. The property was very well manicured, but lots of drug activity and strippers from the strip club right around the corner. Checked out the next morning after waking up to NO WATER to shower or wash our face. Would definitely not recommend this motel.

All the extra activities I don't like being on the other end round 210 but once they switched my room it was cool

Sketchy at best. The leftover smoke in this non smoking room was extremely thick. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable and the table was disgusting. Really had no other options to book anywhere else but his place is ewwww. 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
