Red Roof Inn & Suites Houston - Humble/IAH Airport

The manager was TERRIBLE. I cannot believe this is the type of managers that tall be choosing. I’m NEVER staying here ever again and I will tell all of my friends and family to never stay here. The manager was terribly rude and unprofessional!

The rooms were old. The bed spreads had holes.

I didn't stay after seeing the state if facility Curtains had holes. Many rooms needed major renovations.

Made us stay outside for 11 hours before we could check in, they cancelled my reservation and blamed it on hotel com it took 4 hours on the phone with hotels.com to get our reservation honored

Everything was great...as a matter of fact I'm getting ready to book a stay now for tonight and tomorrow night at Red Roof Inn on Highway 45 in Houston Texas Spring Texas

They where very clean,polite,and friendly I loved everything

It said 24 hour check in and the doors even opened but no one came to the front desk. I didn't end up saying.. I want a refund because it wasn't my fault I couldn't stay there when I had every intention. No one has contacted me either. Horrible experience

They had room when it was late to check in. Recommend if you coming in on plane travel.

Tv remote never worked the tv, uncomfortable to see the homeless near the office

The shower Room natsy wasn't clean room very dirty urning on the toilet I will never visit again,they tried telling me that it was clean. I bleached my whole room down. Felt very uncomfortable

The beds were clean, and AC works very well , nice shower. Very clean room overall. Nice staff but not very helpful sadly.. When i woke up in the middle of the night and noticed that there were roaches by the bed nightstand and I then contacted the front desk to see if I could get another room and they said it was too late to do that which I can understand, lol i even asked if they had roach spray and that would be good enough for me but he said they didn’t and apologized. So that’s the ONLY thing that made me very uncomfortable, and I was not able to go back to sleep but other than that, it’s a great place if they could just fix that roach problem. Or at least offer another room in the case that it happens to someone else… no matter if it’s “too late” or not.

The location There were roaches everywhere, including in the bed I could not feel comfortable. The AC did not work. Also, the fire detector in the room was broken. It was disgusting and the staff when I asked for a another room, they get a new room. They couldn’t do anything about it and to talk to the owner in the morning, knowing that the owner was not gonna be there so when I got up to talk to the owner that morning, they told me he was out of town so they gave me the complete runaround and they wouldn’t even give me a refund so I will never go there again.

But it wasn’t As soon as I opened the door and turned on the light roaches took off running. The room smelled heavy of smoke it was bad.

The lady on the property is very rude and they steal .
