Hampton Inn Houston/Humble-Airport Area, TX

Location and the facility was tidy and clean. Upon leaving, I was informed I could not obtain a printed copy of my receipt. When I inquired why, I was advised the room was booked through a third party so I would have to get one through them. I have never been told this before or since. I like paper copies to ensure correct charges.

Wonderful customer service, friendly staff and very clean lobby and rooms.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. From check in to check out. Pristine property. Comfortable room and nice amenities. Breakfast was a bonus. Quiet, and comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently situated to dining&shopping options. My go to hotel for future visits…..

It was close to the airport Not very clean, mattress and pillows were awful, might staff was difficult to find and did not seem interested in anything but his phone

Very nice property rooms was clean slept well and breakfast was delicious. I always make this stop for any out of town stays keep up the good work.

Breakfast could have little more choice to attract more guests.

I liked that it was clean and quiet. We were tired after a long day and rested well. The breakfast left a little to be desired. Good waffles though.
