Hampton Inn Houston/Humble-Airport Area, TX

This was a nice and clean hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the pool was quiet. No complaints! I’ll definitely stay there again

The rooms are dated with limited linens and the internet is terrible. The last 3 visits to this property I have not been able to work due to the slow poor quality of the internet!!

It was horrible, the owner an staff broke into my room while I was sleeping they never had anything out for breakfast and when they did milk was spoiled muffins was old and eggs wasn’t even real and sausage links raw . Staff is so ghetto and rude , never stay here again

There was a black out for 2 hours no generator I was told by staff if I wanted a generator I would need to go to Marriott Room

Very average. We booked an accessible room, and none were to he had at check-in (6:30pm). Front desk was kind enough to upgrade to a suite for space at no charge. Property is dated; maintained, but just average

Clean room, easy access to restaurants and shopping but rather noisy when trying to sleep bring do close to the Highway…

The property was extra clean and helpful staff.

We did not have breakfast there.
