They was in the middle of renovation

Because of the lack of customer service, we left earlier than choosing to stay.It just was a very cold blank experience. The breakfast attendant didn't greet us. Very bland hardly any conversation during check in. Not a bad experience, because the room was clean.But if the customer service would have been there , our stay would have been exceptional

For the price. It was good. We just needed somewhere to sleep we were in town the whole day!

The price means everything!!! Don’t go there specially if you need a clean place for you and your family. It is not like the pictures on the add

Do not stay here! I thought I chose a nicer hotel option because Country Inn and Suites usually are, but this place felt like a crack house. So dirty and the toilet did not work. They would not move me to another room but lied to Expedia that they did so that they did not have to refund me. It isn’t even a cheap option so just choose somewhere else to stay!

We moved rooms five times because of AC units not working stains on furniture, unidentified, and room smelt like pee

My family I stayed one night. We have zero complaints! They’re remodeling so there are a few areas with construction going on but they have it away and out of the way. We didn’t hear any construction going on either while we were there. The staff was very friendly

The accommodations fell well short of expectations. The promotional photos are entirely misleading, the rooms had an unpleasant odor throughout, and the customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional.

Unfortunately I had quite a few issues with this hotel . Weird things kept happening like the drawers kept opening by themselves and I got locked out of my room by the top lock which is weird because nobody was in the room. The front desk moved me rooms and the drawers kept opening in that room as well . I went to use the pool ( which wasn’t heated ) and went to sit on a chair and the chair ripped and broke and I fell through . I had to come down to the front desk to ask if housekeeping had been in my room because only like one thing had been done . One day the used towel was taken and replaced with a clean one but nothing else was done , no rubbish taken out or bed made . The front desk guy was nice but he never once asked if he could maybe compensate me for the terrible stay .

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

No Door handle to bathroom Tub wouldn’t drain properly Mattresses where gross and pull out couch mattresses gross also

I wanted to do a load of laundry while staying there but I gave up after learning the only way to start a load of wash or dry is with a specific app. However, the laundry room is isolated and my cellphone reception was poor. My backup plan? A new Washateria opened in Porter and not only is it 24 hours, they have free dryers.
