Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Houston Intercontinental Airport East, TX

Unfortunately I had quite a few issues with this hotel . Weird things kept happening like the drawers kept opening by themselves and I got locked out of my room by the top lock which is weird because nobody was in the room. The front desk moved me rooms and the drawers kept opening in that room as well . I went to use the pool ( which wasn’t heated ) and went to sit on a chair and the chair ripped and broke and I fell through . I had to come down to the front desk to ask if housekeeping had been in my room because only like one thing had been done . One day the used towel was taken and replaced with a clean one but nothing else was done , no rubbish taken out or bed made . The front desk guy was nice but he never once asked if he could maybe compensate me for the terrible stay .

I wanted to do a load of laundry while staying there but I gave up after learning the only way to start a load of wash or dry is with a specific app. However, the laundry room is isolated and my cellphone reception was poor. My backup plan? A new Washateria opened in Porter and not only is it 24 hours, they have free dryers.

It was a good place just had a smell to the room like cigarettes smoke.

Dirty rooms, mold, only 1 working washer and dryer, no water fountain to refill bottles. Poorly compensated for inconveniences caused by their lack of cleanliness

It was quite Clean on the outside for the most part can’t say the same for the rooms inside.

My room was well furnished. However at 12am midnight the central air conditioning system smelled like cigarette smoke or mildew. It was very bad and I could not sleep for several hours. The hvac system really needs an upgrade or replacement.

My stay was Blessed and Pleasant

Nice, quiet, and peaceful. I was able to get a good nights sleep.

I only gave this hotel 4 stars because it is under renovations. The rooms was great. One of the rooms i stayed in did not have a trashcan, which I'm sure was just an oversight. I wasn't able to enjoy breakfast only because I checked really early. When in Humble this will be my go to hotel. Each room I was in was like a mini apartment without the stove. The bedroom was separate from the living room and the sofa let's out into a bed. Which if you are traveling with kids it's great because there are 2 televisions.

I couldn't even stay in here and requested a refund. They would not refund my full stay. The room stunk and the bed looked like it was laid on. I would not take any kids to this hotel nor stay here even if it was the only hotel in the area available.

Breakfast was fine.

This day was OK but my sheet were not changed as they supposed to be changed every 3 days during our stay and the breakfast was ok i guess it could be better and the front desk was not very helpful at times when addressing issues.

Hotel is undergoing renovations but was still clean. The staff was very helpful and considerate.

Only problem we had was the morning we left. They started remolding in the next room at 8ish and woke us up.
