The staff is very nice! The room was not that clean and needed repairs.

Pretty simple check in process

The room was clean, shower and bathroom was clean as well. The hallways were also maintained. The breakfast was awesome, good assortment to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the ladies at check in to the cleaning ladies. We always got greeted in the mornings or just as we were coming into the hotel or walking out. They made me feel welcomed. It really helped because I was in town for a family member funeral.

La atención

Hotel is in a very convenient area right off the expressway. There is a gas station within walking distance for incidentals and plenty of restaurants within 10 min drive. The hotel is in good shape, very clean and freshly painted interior. The rooms themselves are small; there is not much room to walk by and things can get cramped specially if you’re staying in a 2 bed room with 5+ people. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of bacon, sausage, and eggs along with waffles toast and typical continental breakfast items. An annoying thing is that your keycard is promptly deactivated right at 11am, once that happens there’s no way to go back to the room or even going back into the lobby! Very annoying specially if you’ve got lots of bags to load. Still would recommend just be wary of the inflexibility with checkout.

Clean hotel and big rooms

The room was clean… or so I thought. It looked clean and nice until I found a small roach in the toilet bowl. Luckily I could just flush it down but that was unsettling. Other than that it was a good stay for the airport

Our stay was great. Reservation was for 3 nights we had an emergency and had to leave 1 night early and we worked it out with no issue. Everything super clean, staff was great, the room was super clean, breakfast was really good too. No complaints at all will definitely visit again!
