The room was not what I had booked and the restroom has a smell of wet clothes we had cockroach’s in our room

The property location was all right. It’s just unfortunate that there’s only one way in and one way out and leaving wasn’t the best due to how fast the traffic was going. Our key card kept getting messed up and we’ve been to multiple hotels to not put our key card with any of our electronics, the couch in our room was very very hard, definitely enjoy the flatscreen TV being on the wall, but it was very hard to watch TV at its angle when laying in bed (I will recommend if TVs are mounted on the wall to at least have that flexibility in the TV to move it from left to right)

Room was clean. The whole building was clean. Felt comfortable. I was there for the world cup, it was perfect for the short time i was there.

The hotel is close to airport,-

Staff was great, but my room in 201 had bugs and I found out about that in the middle of the night. If you have to get a room, please request a room on the TOP floor or you'll be dealing with a lot of stomping throughout the day and night. AC in my room was good, but the unit will begin to get louder and louder when it's running causing you to sometimes wake up in the middle of the night. Wifi was good as well, but started having issues with my laptop randomly tapping the screen (touchscreen) when I didn't even press the screen. But, now that I'm back home, I haven't had that issue ever since 👀. Being honest, I wouldn't stay here again. But, I do understand everybody's experience is different.

La habitación apestaba a humedad que no se podía estar ahí porque dolía mucho la cabeza, el olor era insoportable fui a hablar y no me cambiaron de habitación ni intentaron hacer nada por quitar el olor! Los desayunos feos y malos y el personal sobre todo el de la comida malísimo!

It was very clean and calm . It’s right at a busy exit from the highway makes it hard to enter and exit property.

The staff, including the kitchen staff, were super polite and helpful whenever needed. My only concern was exiting the parking lot—it felt very dangerous due to the fast oncoming traffic from the highway. A safer exit would greatly improve the experience. Thank you staff!

Unfortunately, my experience with the daytime front desk was disappointing. The TV in my room didn’t work, and when I reported it to a younger gentleman working the day shift, he didn’t seem concerned. He told me someone would come to fix it, but no one ever did. I eventually had to return to the front desk, and it was actually a member of the housekeeping staff who came to my assistance and arranged for me to be moved to another room with a working TV. While I appreciated being moved, it was frustrating to have to pack up all of my belongings and relocate after I had already settled in. I also asked whether there would be any compensation for the inconvenience, but the same daytime employee told me that because I had been moved to another room, no compensation would be offered. Overall, the housekeeping team and the evening/night staff made a very positive impression, but the lack of concern and customer service from the daytime front desk employee took away from what otherwise could have been a much better experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk receptionists were friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was good. I’ll definitely book here again.

The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did think the couches were a little worn in the rooms and a little care and maintenance around the bathroom baseboards could have made the experience a bit better.
