I awoke the second day to find a snake in my room and it had shed its skin in the shower. I was given credit for one night so I appreciated that. I was in room 110.

I loved the location and the area that this hotel is located. The beds are comfortable because I am to believe that it's a new build. I always stay here for business reasons, and it is a great value for your dollar. I am satisfied with the property every time I stay here.

I can say outside of the property was kept clean. The staff were very friendly. However, I did have an HORRIBLE experience and will not utilize this property again. I woke up to my arm hurting turned on the lights and noticed bed bugs crawling in the bed. I was extremely freaked out because I had NEVER seen nor experienced that in my entire life. I was bitten all over my back and arms. I immediately contacted the front desk requesting a full refund. They did give me the run around at first by trying to say they didn’t see anything and the blood that was on the pillow was from my tooth. Ummm excuse me. First off I wasn’t just going to leave them crawling in the bed so yes I KILLED them. Second of all why would you assume my tooth was bleeding? And third I took pictures to prove what I woke up too with your room amenities in the background. At the end of the day, they only refunded me for one day instead of my full booking. Which is what SHOULD have been done. Especially after seeing the outcome from being bitten up. Book at your own risk.

Nice location, there are stores and food near by. Area was fairly quiet. The room was clean, staff was great and helped with everything I needed. They didnt bother my children and I as I had the do not disturb sign on my door and they honored that. I booked some more days and was able to stay in the same room with no ossues. Great hotel, no complaints, I would book again.

I loved that the location was close to the destination and area I needed to be surrounded by, but other than that, this is an average rating hotel that has all you need at the time. It's nothing booking.com could have done better. It's all on the property to ensure their dedication to the location is shown.
