Grand Villa Inn & Suites - Humble

Our TV did not work in our room the whole weekend we were there. We reported it on Friday night when we checked in and it was supposed to have been fixed on Saturday but they never did anything about it. On Sunday all they said was sorry. The bathroom door was so heavy I could barely slide it and got stuck in the bathroom. I had to be helped by a family member out of the bathroom

Everything was great they just dont have breakfast

Staff couldn't understand English. I have no problem with English as a second language. But how are we supposed to conduct business?

The young man that checked me in was very courteous and professional. I got just the room I needed. My only problem was with the lighting. The 150+watt overheads are harsh. I miss bedside lamps. Also, no TP holder. Odd.

Great location, great value and super nice staff. Broken mirror in my room, cigarette burns in my comforter and just a few random stains allover curtains and ceilings by the door.

Clean Parking

TV did not work, the room heater blew cold air, and the shower water was lukewarm-warm at best.

Very nice staff, loved my room, very nicely upgraded with the light switches in all the right places, plenty of USB ports all around and secure, well lit parking.

Liked the first floor room and it being handicapped. Without us having to request it. Just read our mines. Tks

It was a good stay. We needed a short notice room and got it.
