Got assigned to room with door wide open and lock won’t disengage Lost power at 11pm til 430am with no emergency back up lights even in hallways. But unable to leave room anyway as doors are electric and you can’t get back in. Which is against code Ice machine on 3rd floor but no ice exists Space where ice machine should be on two is empty with just water lines hanging. Lights outside are off dark in the parking lot unsafe

Clean, friendly staff! Nothing

The property was clean and modern. Would help to have better road signage and road entrance markings. The road side is very loud with trucks using brake retarders early in the morning. Should not be allowed in small towns and rural areas in my view. It is nice to have a clean and well maintained hotel for frequent family visits.

Good location easy access to where we had to go. I pre registered through booking dot com an the desk clerk said I wasn’t registered but later found my information. Not a big deal.

The breakfast and staff were outstanding! Was a terrific stay. Only issue was with the washer and dryer, which we had to utilize. It was disgustingly, moldy, and dirty, and left stains on our clothes. It also left a weird smell and had water all over the floor. But other than that, it was lovely.

First of all, check-in went very well. The staff was friendly in our room was ready. Our room was also very clean. Zero complaints about the check-in or the room. The problem was with breakfast. On Saturday morning, we came down and it looked like a bomb went off in the breakfast area. First, it looked like someone had burned waffles in the waffle maker, and instead of cleaning it, they just put a sign on it that said out of order. Next, the juice machine only held water. They had electrical tape over the varieties of juice so that you can only get water. They kept orange juice and cranberry juice and a small mini fridge. The orange juice was diet, orange juice and it was absolutely terrible. The cranberry juice didn’t fit in the fridge unless you laid it down. So it sat on the counter. There were 2 gallons of milk in the bottom of the mini fridge for cereal. As for cereal, there were frosted flakes all over the countertop and none in the dispenser. We had to ask if it could be refilled. The yogurt was from Walmart. All the bananas were about as green as the grass and I didn’t even find the fruit until day two. It was incredibly disappointing and not a great way to start your day.

The pool was very small. We booked for two queen beds and they gave use a room with full size beds the water took awhile to get warm. Didn't have hot water both days just warm.

The lady at the check in counter was very nice. The hotel was clean and seemed updated from our last stay. The only complaint would be the uncomfortable bed and pillows. We woke up with sore backs. My daughter slept on the pull out bed which was like sleeping on a bed of springs. We were glad it was just for one night.

Beds were a little stiffer than my liking. The toilet ran constantly not super loud but loud enough to be annoying. Breakfast didn’t have as many options as other and also had missing items from that. No fresh fruit. Only had apple juice everything else out. Had eggs and sausage. Waffle mix out. Had white bagel and white bread. Rasin bran and that’s it.

All of the staff was amazing and so helpful.
