Great property and location Parking was a bit tough at times

Location The heating/ cooling was very loud in the room.

The absolute worst “presidential” suite I’ve ever heard of. This room was chosen based on the full kitchen depicted. A full kitchen of appliances & some pots & pans with one plate, one water glass, no silverware or utensils of any kind. When I asked for a couple wine glasses I was told they only had 8. The bedroom of this suite has a large window that looks out on the second floor above the lobby so it’s in no kind of way private. We could hear people cackling in the bar until very late. Thankfully there was a shade for that window, but overall not ideal in any way. Also the useless kitchen & the bathroom sink had normal hot water but the shower had water that could only be described as tepid at best no matter how long it ran. The mattress was also hard as a rock. Overpriced & not in any way useful.

The young curly headed man at the front was very kind and patient at check in! The young lady (I believe her name started with M, maybe Maya?) at the desk at night was so kind, very helpful, and patient as well!

Everything was great. Location is perfect

Loved the proximity to Pullman Square. Very walkable area and lots of little events happening in the square. Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in the lobby, along with the grab and go breakfast options available for purchase. Our only complaint is we booked 1 king bed originally, but upon checking in, we were told they did not have anymore kings available, so we were placed in a 2 queen bed room and given a $10 voucher for the bar.

It was a great stay overall. The breakfast was delicious, we felt safe, and had everything we needed there. The glasses were visibly not clean but we didnt need to use those so thats irrelevant. Overall the place was great and right next to everything. I felt safe and respected. My biggest issue was the fire alarm. Our house literally just burned down this past Christmas and so there was some trauma already there but when the alarms at the hotel started sounding and we were evacuated, well we immediately started throwing things together and trying to save what we could because we had just lost everything already and we're rebuilding and its very expensive trying to start over completely especially since we didnt have renters insurance. We were all so terrified. Thankfully it was a false alarm tho and nothing was lost. The staff apologized tho and im just thankful everyone was okay. Its better to have a system that alerts everyone if there's smoke or danger than to not have it so overall this place was great and I will definitely stay again. Just so anyone reading this knows, its not the hotels fault we were already traumatized and I highly recommend this hotel. FYI, staff said it was someone smoking in their room.

Nice hotel friends staff. Only stayed 1 night. Did try room service. It was a little disappointing but not bad.

Felt new and well run. Fridge was tiny and hidden away in bedroom instead of hall or living room

Clean rooms attentive housecleaning friendly staff. Pool was clean but slippery for my littles.. would stay again! Great location Great stay!

Found human feces by the pool amd old wash rags were left in our room upon arrival.

Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. There was a room mixup with the booking and they fixed it with no issues.
