It was great

Dirty rooms. Staff average. Lobby outdated. Room outdated.

Had to move rooms due to a toilet leak, tv issue and lights not working. Moved to new room and the sheets were gross. The staff was great at working with us though. The property itself was in a great location and the lobby was gorgeous.

Staff was kind, room was fairly clean Offsite parking situation difficult. Garage doesn't seem safe, secured. NO designated place for dog to go to the bathroom. Only parking lot, you have to walk downtown and/or drive to a park. Extremely inconvenient. The hotel seemed older, warn out, stained carpets in room. All little things add up to an impression. Including vandalized van with smashed window parked out front.

I understand that the building is old but with a name like Doubletree I'd expect it to be nicer. The floor that comes in from the parking garage was musty and wet smelling. The room I stayed in had what looked like shoe marks all over one wall. There were spots on the wall and ceiling that had been touched up with paint, and they stuck out like a sore thumb. Overall the staff were polite and accommodating but the hotel was dirty.

The lady at check in was awesome - great service. Good location and room was very nice. Breakfast was okay but the bar area is not that great. Nice location of the hotel

Place was beautiful, staff was amazing. But it fell short with the bed bugs in my room and the tv not being able to play streaming apps. For the fancy setup they have, they cheap out on the tv

It is central located in the city of Huntington. The property has gone down in maintenance. The room is tight and the bed was uncomfortable. The store on site was very expensive...milk bottle like soda was.$7. The bathroom was average. Little or no space for clothes in cabinet. The rug was dirty with gum. No microwave in room withdouble queen beds.Regreted staying here for 9 days.

Staff was very friendly

Rooms need upgrading desperately. Beds were nice, but the bathrooms have issues. Our first room’s bathroom door was permanently locked- so if you close the door from the outside, you are locked out. Second room-tub dripped a lot! Just need baths updated.

How close to venue Check-in staff was rude, entire room and hotel floor smelled musty and moldy

Was not much of anything I enjoyed about it. When we got there we asked if they had toothbrush . Gave us toothpaste and said the nearest place for a toothbrush was we could walk down to cvs in Ohio ?? $10 dollars a night to park in parking garage - crazy Parked in the street . Charge for breakfast too . Next time I will go to a different hotel without the ale carts headaches

Hilton should be ashamed of this property. Filthy and trashy.

Clean comfortable, room was just fine! Check in lady wad friendly... Continental breakfast was probably good, however, did not have a chance to try it, why? Well, there was no milk for the cereal or coffee. Set the milk pitcher at the stairs to bring attention, was verbally abused by attendant & manager! Also, ordered to leave, may pursue legal action!
