The best part is the shuttle services from /to the airport. Verly clean..hotel in the downtown..easy access to stores and restaurants. We will come back .

The hotel had a beautiful view of the river, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. The room itself was clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the beds were quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Overall, the location and scenery were wonderful, but improvements to the bedding and temperature control would make the experience even better.

Room was clean, took awhile for the water to get hot in the shower. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Shortly after checking in, I had some loud neighbors going very late into the night. Night clerk was very helpful in getting me to a much quieter room on a different floor. Much appreciated.

It was only a one night stay but the staff was friendly and professional. Our was clean and conveniently located to the conference we attended.

Then since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) they wouldn’t / couldn’t refund us. We paid $170 for a night spent in the lobby and in our car with the AC on. And was just told they’d move us to a new room the next morning. Besides that nightmare, the breakfast bar was out of food the whole time, they never made enough to last longer than 5 minutes, the pool area didn’t have any towels and there was a ton of wet dirty ones all over and mountains of trash near every trash can, only saw it being taken out once the whole time we were there. Front desk staff was short and defensive about issues, while not being able to offer any support. Nightmare trip do not recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, convenient with airport shuttle..my driver was fun and very informative about the area and places to go, places to be sure to eat at.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. I was not told that there was a fee for parking until after I checked out. TV in the room was not working and when I asked the manager at the front desk, he said that there was not much he could do about it.

We basically just slept here but we had a fantastic weekend and the staff here was amazing!! The beds and pillows were super comfy!

The hotel is in a great location with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally helpful. It was a great place to stay.

Everything was great! We had a wonderful one night stay for a weekend getaway to watch the fireworks for the forth and was even able to watch them from our room!

The front desk staff was nice. The property is outdated and not very clean. The room was not very clean and definitely not a quiet area. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. Definitely not a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious. Waiting time checking in and check out were long. Parking is in an old garage without any attendant and charge of $10 a day.
