Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Huntsville West - Research Pk by IHG

The Kitchen staff made our visit a wonderful experience, Especially Ms Betty. I hope to see them when I come back in the spring.

Very clean, close to the highway and restaurants. The breakfast was good too.

My kids and I enjoyed this hotel. It is was clean, easy access to many areas, approx 45 min from the Cathedral Cavern, many stores ( 6 min from a Target), 11 min from Nasa, many restaurants close, it has a pool, washer/dryer on main floor, great breakfast included and friendly staff.

Room was very small and a big box cupboard was almost caused an accident because of there was restricted passage between the door and bathroom and beds when cupboard door was opened.

Tv was a bit difficult to navigate but otherwise great stay

The room was clean smelt well the bed slept great the only thing is the TV kept cutting off. But the staff offered us another room and offered us a discount. The breakfast was delicious.

It was well maintained, good customer service, nice breakfast and parking was als good. It was just the one off due to smoke in one of the rooms that my daughter stays.

This place is just great all around. Has one of the best breakfasts offered by any hotel. Great location with anything you could want nearby. Easy access and parking. Quiet. Never heard our neighbors. Special kudos to Betty in the breakfast section. Wonderful lady.
