Wonderful property, would stay there again for sure!

The first night I had flea bite in my leg

Comfortable stay.. Had everything you needed.. fridge.. stove.. microwave..updated gym ..breakfast was light with muffins, bananas and nutri grains bars.. the are was soo quiet and it was perfect located based on the areas we wanted to be around. Would stay again. The staff was wonderful!!

The rooms were very cleaned. Smelled like fresh seasonings when entering the rooms which was interesting. The beds were firm, but soft so we were able to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had all of the utensils and pans needed for cooking. The shower was clean and spacious. We definitely give the the rooms 5/5. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t much, but fruit, coffee, nature’s own bars, etc. No waffles or sausage or anything of that sort. The parking was free. Good parking spots close to the front entrance were available often which was shocking. We would stay here again.

Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel stay. To make matters worse, when I asked about getting my towels washed, the staff member was rude and dismissive instead of being helpful. Customer service should never make guests feel like they’re inconveniencing the staff. The hotel itself has potential, but better communication about housekeeping policies and a more courteous attitude from the staff would make a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location. Just a few minutes drive from many restaurants and shopping centers. I loved having a kitchen and large bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. The toilet was slightly less clean than I would like but everything else was immaculate.

The room was clean and this appears to be a newer property. The front desk greeting was very impersonal and that’s a bit disappointing but seems to be the growing trend in service. Room above us was occupied by children who ram back and forth and rolled a desk chair around late into night. Call to desk to ask for assistance was no help. Parents seem to just not care these days. The room itself was fine, bed comfortable. Good location.

When we arrived, front desk staff put a finger in my face and said “just a minute” without looking up from his phone. Once he was done, there was no greeting “name?” He proceeded. We checked in and got into our room. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. The shower had black hair all over so I had to clean it prior to getting in. Breakfast was coffee, bananas, granola bars abs muffins. The next night our neighbors were pretty loud all the way into 2am. As soon as I started falling asleep, someone started knocking on the door at 3am. Around 6 the neighbors upstairs woke up and started pacing back and forth. When we came to check out there was no one at the front desk, we ended up leaving the keys and left. Long story short we won’t be staying here again. There are other properties in Huntsville that are quieter and have better amenities.

Nice room, very clean. Had dishes, a dishwasher, stove, and fridge in the room. When I got there, they told me they didn't have a reservation for me. They said they had been having problems through Booking.com as far as them communicating reservations that were made. Luckily, there was a room available for me, but the price was $40 more than the Booking.com price.

Great location! Room layout was planned well! Hotel needs to add to their morning complimentary snacks.

Better customer service

Everything I needed was in my room. Only thing missing would be a small double stacked laundry dryer combo, which would make things ultimately convenient. It was difficult to find places to dispense trash as housekeeping is only done every eighth day. Also needed to change out towels, and this was difficult.

New and clean AC unit was loud

The property was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. Walls seemed thin considering what sounded like rambunctious noisy teenage neighbors next door. They were up what seemed like all night. They were not bumping the walls but they were very loud.
