Clean and convenient location

I like to start positive, so the front desk clerk was very nice. However, read below. However, they advertise cable channels. False! You do not get cable, you get llke 4 local channels, PBS etc. No ESPN, TNT, etc. Second, they advertise wifi, there is NO wifi. Third, you get lilke 3 "throw" pillows on your bed, not full size pillows. Hope you can sleep on a couch. Oh and ice machine was conveniently broke. Could not have been more disappointed with this stay!!!!

Very clean and quiet

No breakfast available as they are having a refurb despite rooms being sold online with breakfast

There were insects in the room, the phone did not work at all to make a call to front desk, the tv did not work, and there were inadequate towels in the room and were not able to get more

Very little variety had to get milk out of a jug. Unsanitary I didn't like anything about it.

Waffle machine was broke, eggs was not cooked well the first day & burnt next day,and it wasn’t even that much in there for the guess. . The lady receptionist was nasty attitude the first day we came. My rooms were so nasty and smelly. No ventilation , I feel like I was getting Covid in the room from those germs , Even in the hallways. The carpet is so old the air-conditioning ventilation is old , smell coming through the air conditioner, I couldn’t breathe in the room. It literally was making me sick. I had to keep buying, Vic’s, vitamins, pain medicine & tea & leaving out for air .

The staff isn’t very polite.

Staff was pretty nice Just need to be updated 1st floor had mold had to be move to another floor . Fridge was too cold busted my can drink

Close to venue. They allowed me to leave rented mobility scooter in their back office for Monday pickup. Tv didn't work. They wouldn't fix. noticed roaches in the bathroom. Did not inform me of loud interior construction!

We had a three night stay and they put us in the closest room to the renovation that they were doing. They were doing construction from 7ish am til 6 ish pm every day. The house keeper would knock but by time I’d get to the door she was gone and nowhere to be found. Room wasn’t the cleanest but wasn’t terrible.

Didn’t have water for the majority of the day. Had construction going on down the hall and across the hall, very noisy early in the mornings and all day. Will never stay there again!

Canceled my friends reservations that he made 7 months ago 2 days before he arrived. Food was left in refrigerator. Black mold in bathroom. Hallways dirty. Breakfast sucked each day, luckily there was an ihop close by
