The staff was courteous. They were very helpful whenever I needed their help. My disappointment was completely out of their control. The elevator didn't work, and me and my niece and I were on the third floor. She has mobility problems. The television went out twice, and it wasn't easy to get back in service. The staff had to come in and address that twice on two separate days. The worst thing that ruined our stay was that the sink was stopped up and didn't drain. Do you know how unsafe it is to have to dip water from the sink into the toilet. This truly was the worst location of all your chains. I have had wonderful experiences in other cities in your hotels. That's why I always booked with you.

Excellent location for shopping and restaurant options!

The location was great. Although it appears there are some renovations going on the property itself was nice and clean. The one thing I didn’t like about the property was that there was one member of the housekeeping staff standing outside my door right before 12 which was my checkout time. She was talking very rudely and loudly about how I needed to hurry up and leave the room because it was almost 12. I turned my keys in at the desk at 12 and checked out on time so her commentary was not only rude but also unnecessary. If she wants to stand outside the door waiting to turn down the room, that’s fine, but she should do so without talking negatively about the guests who paid their money to be there especially right outside the door where they can hear her snide comments. If I don’t come back, that would be the reason why.

The breakfast selection is great. Definitely one of the best continental breakfasts i have had. The pool is SMALL but it did the job. It's an older hotel but the room was clean and the beds are very comfy. I would definitely stay there again.
