Holiday Inn Express Huntsville Space Center by IHG

Other than that it was fine.

Great location, well maintained, comfy rooms. Close to UAH and AAMU. Would definitely stay there again.

No

Loved the location, just down the road from the Space and Rocket Center, the cleanliness, the pool, and the breakfast were all incredible. The value was insane. Staff walked in on a do not disturb sign on the room, couch inside room wasn't comfortable, up front parking wasn't convenient because they had like 10 handicap spots, only 2-3 being used, and the the rest sitting empty the whole time, and key card didn't work on the door next to the pool.

We stayed at this hotel to visit our daughter at UAH which is only a few minutes away. This location is really nice and quiet and not in a heavy traffic location. If you want to be right next door to restaurants there aren't any right next door but there are some nearby. This location is very convenient to UAH the rocket center and other places around Huntsville. This hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and very nice. We brought our dog with us and the property was great for dogs because there is grass around and a designated area for them to go potty. My husband used the Jim and said it was great. We will be frequenting Huntsville and will stay at this hotel again.

The staff was kind enough to let us check in early. This was super helpful because our son had a soccer game and really needed a shower. The location was great for us- we took the kids to the rocket center after the match and they loved it. Very close to stores where you could pick up groceries. It also helped that they had self laundry on site. There was a shirt in the closet probably from the former occupant of the room. The remote for the TV wasn’t working from low battery.

Was only minutes from the Space Camp and museum Was only there really a few hours, but very happy with our stay. We had no problems.

The staff were friendly. I had an issue with housekeeping. The bed linen needed to be changed on one bed. I stripped the bed and left the dirty linen in the floor prior to leaving the room. When I returned with my family later in the evening, the dirty linen was still in the floor. I was told at the front desk that house keeping only replaces towels. I was given clean sheets to make up the bed myself in effort to rectify this situation.

My Stay Was Excellent

The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this location. Room was well stocked with towels and tissues etc. Left a good tip and you should too, as these chamber maids will make good use of it.

All ok

The staff and being pet friendly Free good breakfast The difficulty with key cards not working

The staff here were the best! While waiting on my room, I witnessed them help multiple guests with multiple issues, and they smiled and were so warm to every person - and they were funny! The staff made my trip a super great one. I wish I had gotten their name so I could truly shout them out! Everything else was great too!

Location No complaints

Friendly staff Everything was great

Great staff the room was clean and the breakfast was awesome !! Would definitely stay again!!

Nothing

The pool ladder and rail for pool steps need to be fixed. They were very loose.

I did not like the daytime Manager. I witness how he treated black people differently.

They charged my credit card $25 for “incidental expenses (there were none). I HAVE NOT been reimbursed as yet as they said I would.
