Studio 6 Extended Stay Huntsville, AL - US Space & Rocket Center

Location, it was close inconvenient, but everything I needed Couldn't check in 20 minutes early without paying a fee. There were roaches everywhere outside and a few big cockroaches in the room.

NOTHING I didn't like getting charged over $144 on a room I reserved here for $65.54. Very inaccessible

The property and area were horrible from the outside in regard to tenants living their leaving trash outside rooms etc and I don’t think they have enough good help to maintain grounds.The lady in the front Brianna seems as if she’s doing the best she can in a no win situation.The housekeeping didn’t have towels a shower rack or to I had to how down stairs to management to get said Item waited for towel to end up having no towels in which I had to purchase them myself.On one of my working days after 12 hours grinding I came to my room and my key card didn’t work.The office was closed and their was no help on the ground unfortunately I had to sleep in my car which was horrible.On my last day Sunday after work I came to my room and someone had entered my room and stole my eggs,tortillas,dishwashing liquid, rosemary oil,hairbrush and a nice bottle of cologne.Not to mention my first day someone walked in my room disturbing my sleep .Ive been to allot of hotel and the experience was on the worst.I knew it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless your staying for one night.I pray for the Girl Bria in reception it’s a dark cloud over that motel 6.

The price for what was needed. It’s filled with drugs and drug addicts. The staff is rude. We had to buy our own toilet paper, no clean towels.

They not working night 9pm after and we are getting trouble night 12am and we can’t check in. Our money is wasted and experdia doesn’t care our money.

Nothing really I didn't have sheets or covers and the room stank.

I paid to check in early, but upon arrival was told early meant 1 PM and I was there at 11:30 AM . After some conversation, the sweet lady at the desk, Al me to go ahead and move in. At 12:30 I notified the desk that I had no toilet paper, no towels, no soap, and there was a hole in the wall which I did not make. When I returned at 7 PM I still had none of the above. I called the front desk and was told I could come down and pick up toilet paper. While I am 77 years young, my room is on the third floor, the elevator is broken, I chose just to use what available Kleenexes I had with me in the bathroom and for no shower. There was a night side clock with no batteries or plug-in cords, there were two TV remotes, neither of which operated the television, and my bedsheets had small black hairs all over them. With a very long drive ahead, I tried to check out at 6 AM the next morning and could reach no one connected to the hotel to help me do so . I was finally able to get permission to leave the key in the room from Expedia with whom I had booked the room. I am still trying to get my $70 deposit returned and would wish this stay on no one.

I didnt stay for breakfast I tried to check out by 11p but the office was closed and i called the number they left on the door and i got a recording and no reply or return call the next day either !! They charged my card for a $72 deposit refundable and returnable after check out and room inspection..my room was left just as i found it i stayed 4 hours freshen up watch TV and tried to checkout by 11p to a closed office with a sign called a number to get a recording..its going on 7 days no refund to my credit card of 72 dollar deposit I locked the key in the room and left a clean room...this place is run like a flew bag motel customer service sucks its a recording and you can only email complaints ...not a reputable run business at all stay away and do not let them charge a deposit hold on your card its a week already ..i will dispute this charge with Visa ✅️

1. Room not ready (short staffed for the day). 2. Elevator broken (physical limitations prevent stair climbing) so beds had to be made on a ground floor unit before occupancy. 3. TV broken and could not be replaced until 2nd night. 4. Room smell heavy of smoking. (Had to completely clean all luggage, clothing, bags and other items kept in the unit when we returned home - to get rid of absorbed odor.) 5. Infested with flies. 6. Dog poop on sidewalk and grass several feet from our front door despite signs around property to pick up the stuff. Had to be very careful when getting into the car. 7. Shower head popped off and was told to just push it back together - it's always been like that. 8. Bathroom fan extremely loud and the neighbors had to have been disturbed by it. Could not be turned off when using the bathroom for shaving or washing hands. 9. Was told by one person (acted like a manager) that "we are not set up for 1 or 2 night stays, really") when asking for hand towels and wash cloths - there were none available. They did have an extra bath towel - better than nothing. 10. The room was located next to the property entry so was awaked early by motorcycle and other traffic noise. At least the beds were comfortable and Lenin clean. Air conditioner worked well.

Nothing They go into your room just to search you pay for towels

There was a lot of trash by the stairwell and near by. Too noisy by occupation yelling and screaming all through the night. The room was pretty clean but the Easter in the bathroom was lukewarm.

Open bags of smelly garbage. Shady people hanging around. People talking loudly, walking around, slamming doors all night. I suspect they are dealing drugs and maybe even doing prostitution in Room 301 next door. TV did not work. Complained to manager, but it was not taken care of. When we arrived, there where only two towels in the bathroom. No hand towels, wash cloths, or a bath mat. None of those little shampoo or lotion bottles either. The toilet would not flush. I complained to manager and someone worked on it, but it still did not properly flush. The trashcan in the kitchen came complete with a full bag of trash. I was in town to attend the nearby space camp. As I was leaving for camp on Friday I stopped by the office and mentioned that towels and washcloths needed to be taken up to my elderly friend that was staying behind for the weekend. When I returned on Sunday afternoon, the toilet was overflowing with escriment, no towels or washcloths had been dropped off, and the TV had not been working. When I complained again after returning, I was handed a stack of towels, hand towels, and washcloths and someone finally fixed the toilet. The toilet got stopped up again. The TV problem was never resolved. In conclusion I would have to say the grounds of this hotel highly resembles that of a homeless encampment and has some serious management and maintenance issues.

Advertised as extended stay but there wasn’t even a towel in bathroom and nothing in kitchen

We loved that our family could stay together instead of reserving multiple hotel rooms. So convenient to The Bog (the wedding venue) and Port Washington (the rehearsal dinner venue). The mattresses were solid and we appreciated the room darkening shades but plenty of natural light during the day, plenty of towels for each bedroom, hanging space for clothes and a luggage rack in each bedroom. We used the mini iron & hairdryer-thank you for having those available! We honestly didn’t spend a lot of time at the property but it’s really cute with outdoor spaces to sit and relax. For feeling like we were “in the middle of nowhere”, we were perfectly situated close to where we needed to be!

I got my room. I asked the lady for towels and she never gave them to me. They have a strict rule of smoking outside of the property. You have to go about out saying 100 to 200 feet from the property this month I had somebody upstairs running and banging on the floor couldn’t sleep so now I don’t like the hotel. I was at the hotel could do better if I was you guys, I would change the price on the vending machine because I think it’s too much money for bottle soda and candy.
