Hotel provided comfortable accommodation with clean bedding. Staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The safety measures were clearly visible.

This place is unhealthy. It is worse than you could ever imagine. I have never seen a functioning business that is so nasty. The health department would condemn this place if they opened the door and smelled the urine soaked carpets. The staff would not help in any manner. Please do not consider this rat hole.

I was unable to check in. There was no one at the front desk despite the fact that I could hear them in the back arguing. I yelled out several times "HELLO, HELLO!" Still no response. I was forced to check into a hotel that was 3 times more expensive. We had been driving for hours and hours in the rain and we're very tired. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever. The other issue was ALL of the angry toned notes taped ALL OVER the front glass in the office. They were offensive and written in a yelling tone and very unprofessional for a business. I was personally appalled by what I saw as well as what I experienced. Thank You, Deidre Reis PS...I will forever question ever booking another Motel 6. See above

customer got unruly very early in the morning and it was taken care of. better attention to types of customers that rooms are let out to and make sure that customers that ask for handicap rooms truly need that type of room. Staff is not always in office when need to be so customers can check in and out.

I wish I could get a refund. My feet were dark from walking on the carpet, surfaces weren’t clean and I couldn’t check in until 7-8pm!!!!

I was homeless for two hours after an 8 hour drive because the manager basically told me the rooms are first come first serve even tho i booked in advance told me no room was available i had to find my own hotel….so i had to drive around and find another hotel

The worker at the front desk was rude. When it was checkout time I had to wait 30 minutes. She rather do something else instead of checking me out. I also have to wait on the deposit for the room. Witch was $70 for the room

This is the worst motel I have stayed in, I was given keys to 2 rooms that were already occupied, and the 3 rd room did not have towels or soap. Some of the guests were playing loud music, This has to be the worst place for anyone to stay.

Room was dirty makeup stains were on the sink and inside panel door that wouldn’t stay shut no remote to tv terrible guest loud every single night of stay bed was hard and had brown stains there were no pillow covers blanket felt like a rug I will never stay at another studio 6 extended stay EVER AGAIN
