We stayed at the Crossroads for 2 nights. At the initial check-in our room smelled of tobacco smoke, so we requested another room. the second room also had that problem, so we requested a third room. The third room also had that problem, so we settled for the room that had the least smoke smell problem. Both the TV and internet we not working properly -I was told due to "replacement of cable boxes". There were smaller issues in both our room and in the public areas of the hotel where maintenance was needed or features showed extensive wear. On the positive side, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was pretty good.

Staff helpful in changing us to an accessible rooms.

The room was huge and seemed clean. However, there were broken tiles in the bathroom on the step up to the jetted tub. There had been an obvious leak in the ceiling on the bathroom as well which was partially painted over. The jetted tub had cracks in the bottom but seemed to hold water. The doors to all the rooms were covered in dust with handprints all over them. Breakfast was what you would expect cereal, waffles, eggs, ect. Had to wait quite some time to be acknowledged at the front desk at check out. It was ok for one night but definitely over priced.

This location is in dire need of a remodel. There are not any easily accessible outlets or USBs in the room for charging devices. I had to move the nightstand away from the wall to get to an outlet to plug in my phone. For some reason the flat sheet on the bed was on top of the comforter instead of under it. The hallway carpet was stained and in need of replacement. The breakfast was ok, but the french toast was cold. The restaurant off the lobby was really good, though, with a varied menu and friendly staff.

This hotel is very dated and my room had a lot of needs. My room has a dripping shower and dirty, clogged drain, a desk lamp with a missing knob to turn on, dirty sheets, curtains with cigarette burns, and four hangers were missing. It’s also very loud and they allow animals so I heard a lot of barking. The breakfast was cereal or bagels.

Older hotel. Room had a sticky floor. Breakfast was adequate.

I always enjoy staying here. It is a good price for a local hotel. They try to keep it updated but it could still use a little TLC. The bartender at Ryan’s Hanger was amazing!

The beds were high off the floor, might be difficult for short people or those with back or strength issues.
