We were first put in a room where the air conditioning didn’t work but were immediately put in a different room. The grounds around the hotel was full of trash. The room was ok but glad it was of only one night

The hotel room just needed some paint, replacement of cheap bathroom door that is peeling and a corner of the ceiling needed scrubbing/painting. I'm sure it's all okay for pheasant hunters as is! Nice staff. Good breakfast options.

Our carpet was sticky. The first night there, bugs that looked like flying ants invaded our room. They were in the bed, on the walls and floors. I killed many before waking my husband. I informed the management and they said they would have someone spray the room and clean it while we were away. When we returned the bugs were dead, but not cleaned up. I went to the office to get a vaccumn and broom to clean it up. I was told that the cleaning person was supposed to have cleaned it up. We were originally told that we would be refunded if we left a day early, so we packed everything up and went to breakfast. Told the manager that we were checking out and would like a refund. This was denied and we were given a credit for a future room stay. We couldn't change motels due to the fact that there were no available rooms in town due to the event going on. No...I would not recommend this motel.

Two nights in a row has given a dirty room, which was not cleaned up by the previous tenant. Dead worms on the floor a filthy pit.

Clean room and friendly staff. Hotel is one of the oldest in town so there are signs of its age, including in the bathrooms (shower controls), room doors and locks. The rooms could use more outlets to charge devices (again, a remnant of older days). Location is great and helpfulness of staff make it a good place to stay.

Dirty, broken door hinges, bugs in the room, came to change towels but not to clean tub or toilet.

This hotel did the job for us, but it is dated. Two of the four rooms we had were not very clean. There was little to no housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed. They left towels on the desk that was it. We booked via Expedia expecting to pay the price we had at booking and when we paid on site pricing was different.

Old motel…not very clean (looked like bathroom floor had not been cleaned, hair in shower, etc).

our stay was good , hotel is a outdated but was still nice only issue with our room was there was mold by the tub other than that the stay was good , it was very nice having the lake behind us and the tables and chairs to sit on outside. staff was very friendly and nice .

Location and big parking lot. Ants building ant mounds in room..2nd day had to go get towels for room...paint chipping off doors parking lot was tor up. Curtains in room had holes in then and refrigerator needed to be defroasted big tim shower was so old almost didnt work.id say the whole experiance sucked big time.
