The front desk was not staffed. There was a phone on the desk with instructions to pick up the phone for help. When that phone was picked up another phone at the front desk rang. You could hear staff talking in a small room behind the desk who would come out of the room and ask if they could help you. The above occurrence happened on every shift. When staff was asked about the procedure we were told they had to do laundry, fix breakfasts and other tasks. It seems strange to have to go through that process everytime you needed to talk to someone. The phone in our room wasn’t working so we had to go down to the desk to get help anytime we had a question.

Housekeeping had forgotten to check the amount of Kleenex in the box and I used the last one. Called the front desk and they answered promptly and brought a fresh box. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. A good value for the price.

Faux scrambled eggs at the breakfast area looked like one giant yellow Jello. I already gave the property a second chance. They lost me as a customer.

Great staff! Very nice room. Basic breakfast offerings. Convenient location. The only downside of our stay was the traffic noise, especially from motorcycles and trucks, that could be heard very clearly in our south-facing rooms.

The room was big and clean, I had 3 children with us but had plenty space. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. We went to Orange Spectacular and this hotel was very close!

Our room and the hotel facility was clean and tidy. The pool was in great condition. Staff was friendly and willing to help with any question we had. We were a group and were treated well. Breakfast was adequate. Nice to have an egg option. We enjoyed the option of the late night bar in the hotel as a little gathering spot. The hostess/receptionist was delightful.
